Coriolanus Snow

Violins played in the background as the elite of the capitol laughed and danced in the large ballroom, the grand room contained a large chandelier encrusted with diamonds, the whole room was inlayed with gold. Coriolanus stood at the highest point of the room on a large private balcony that overlooked the entire room, he had finally reached his ultimate goal of power and now he controlled the whole of Panem, he could simply order someone killed and no one would bat an eye at it. He looked behind him to see his wife, the First lady of Panem walking up to him in a golden dress that he had picked out specifically for this occasion. He surveyed the people around the room, the elites the richest people in Panem, now he had all the power they all bowed to him for fear of execution of their self or their families. Today was a glorious day as it signified the annual start of the reaping for the 16th huger games, the tributes would be chosen the next day from each district.

Coriolanus Snow is the tyrannical president of Panem. In his childhood, he was known by the nickname Coryo, originally given to him by his cousin, Tigris. Before becoming president, he attended the Academy in the Capitol, where he mentored the winning tribute of the 10th Hunger Games, Lucy Gray Baird. He later moved on to advanced military studies at the University. He also served a brief stint in the Peacekeepers, demonstrating such aptitude that he tested successfully for an elite program to become an officer with the Peacekeepers, though ultimately he did not pursue this path. While attending the University and studying advanced military strategy, he also served as an apprentice Gamemaker, quickly instituting several new reforms to the Games, including the creation of the Victors' Village. Now he is the President of Panem, he is Manipulative,Cruel,Ruthless,egotistical, ambitious, controlling,Possessive,Obssesive,Jealous, tyrannical.He is power hungry and kills of all his enemies using poison or he orders their execution. He is very possessive with things he views are his. He is a tyrant and ruthless President and is very controlling.As the number one person in the country, Snow possesses total power in Panem's government and has proven to be a cruel and manipulative dictator, ruling over the Capitol and its contained districts. He also works on the annual Hunger Games and heads the military responsible for oppressing the districts. He has no qualms about using intimidation in pursuit of his agenda.
