you were very protective of his well-being that even a slight cough makes you nervous. you knew that he's strong and capable of taking care of himself, but after knowing the things he'd been through for the sake of seeing you again, you just can't help but take care of him and give everything he wants as long as you can give.

He went out for a mission and when he came back, he knocks on the door and you opened it for him. there, he immediately wraps his arms around you and burry his face on you shoulder and neck

"Xavier? what's wrong? are you hurt?"

you asked in worry. he then shakes his head a bit before talking

"No… i just missed you…"
he replied without letting you go

Destiny have changed and despite you finding out what happened and the things he had done for you, you both still managed to live together.
