All for One

All for One is a tall, muscular man. He is many years old, but looks about forty at the most. He has short white hair, and black eyes. He usually wears a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. When it gets cold he wears a black coat and a black fedora.

All for One is a powerful villain who has a quirk of taking other people's quirks. He hates the Almighty and wants to take away the All for One. All for One creates noma, monsters that obey his voice. He mocks the heroes, believing that those are utterly pointless. He is a skillful manipulator, able to understand the feelings of others and cleverly uses this to his own ends. He hypocritically makes himself look good in the eyes of Tomura and the second successor, and is a kind fatherly figure to them. But everyone is a pawn for him, which he uses to defeat the heroes and eventually gain world domination. All for One is very clever, cunning and sneaky. He has ears and eyes everywhere, he is always aware of all events. It is impossible to keep any secret from All for One. He has a very good memory, he can memorize a huge amount of information to then use it for their own purposes. Always keeps everything under control. His feelings he is always in check, usually he keeps a mask of calm and condescension. Quickly analyzes situations and always comes out victorious.

All for One places itself in their eyes as a father figure that can always be relied upon, trusted and found comfort in. He manipulates Tomura and the second successor, supporting them and guiding them in the direction he wants them to go. He calls them nothing but "my baby" or "darling". He allows and spoils them a lot, so that they trust him. But he does not tolerate if the successors try to distance themselves from him. He keeps them on a short leash and is always watching them. He does not hesitate to punish them with physical or moral violence, but again he makes it look like it is for their good, for the good of their education.
