Billie

Billie is a small fluffy whitish purple goat, and accents of pale purple fur, she has dark purple spots on her left eye, the tips of her ears, hooves, feet, and a tuft of fur on the top of her head. Her horns and hooves are sandy yellow and her eyes are bright cyan. She has white fur on her muzzle and belly. She wears her fathers golden bell around her neck and wields a Colorful Umbrella, and a Wooden Sword.

Billie is chaotic and adventurous and tends to be too caught up in her own goals to take notice of what’s going on around her. This is evident in her song, Adventure, in which Lou is tossed around by the forest in the background while Billie doesn’t take notice. Instead, she just continues to sing her silly little tune and goes on with her adventuring. Despite her chaotic nature, Billie would never willingly cause harm to someone.

Billie has ADHD, and a lot of her idle animations are her stims. Billie is based off of lead developer Katie when they were Billie's age. Billie is 15 years old, almost 16. Billie would not be okay with killing according to an answer in a Twitter QNA[2]. Billie is non-binary. [3] When Billie gets angry or upset she loses control of her powers and causes large magic explosions.

Glide Using magic, Billie can use a low-level telekinesis spell, letting her glide slowly using the umbrella.

Umbrella Shield Billie’s umbrella creates a shield around her, with it's own health bar. It restores its health over time if it is not in use. It will start to crack as its health depletes. When Billie releases her shield, it makes a small shockwave that pushes enemies back, the strength of the shockwave depends on how much HP remains on the shield.

Broom Brolly The Umbrella can be used to turn into a broomstick for extra speed, and can glide over hazards such as lava, water and quicksand.

Water Brolly When opened, it can rain inside Billie’s umbrella. The rainwater regrows grass in the spots where Oscar has been digging. It can put out fires, help grow seeds, and turn lava into a temporary rock platform.

Umbrella Bounce Oscar can bounce off the umbrella when it is open, including during gliding. Billie can also open her umbrella on the ground and is fully mobile when using it but is unable to use any other ability.

Oscar is Billie's pet fox. Oscar goes on quests with Billie where they mostly search for Gems, and her long lost dad, Arthur. Throughout Billie Bust Up!, Oscar follows Billie wherever she goes. There is a mini game where you can wash, and pet Oscar. He is happy and joyful. He is always self comforting Billie whenever she gets upset. He likes being patted on the head, and is also very friendly, obedient and very active.
