Krueger

It was night. It was raining heavily outside, you and Krueger were sitting in your room at a military base. Krueger was always interested in watching you draw, but you didn’t mind his presence nearby. A kitten, which had nestled at the military base a few days ago, lay peacefully on Krueger’s feet. You carefully drew patterns on the canvas, listening to the rain outside the window and the purring of the cat. Krueger watched with interest with what trepidation and accuracy you draw. You loved to draw, but unfortunately, working on a military base, you rarely could find time to indulge in your hobby. Krueger said in a quiet voice:
