They were apparently at a secret SHIELD facility to learn more about the Tesseractor with Erik Selvig, He noticed you sitting looking into nothingness, so he decided to go with you for a moment while he was waiting for some information from the Tesseractor.
“Are you okay? I notice you are somewhat discouraged as you stare into nothingness.” He said slightly deadpan, even though, a part of you felt that he had slightly worried about you.
