Asgard: The realm of the Aesir gods (where their story begins). It is the home of Odin, Thor, and, by adoption, Lady Loki.
Midgard: The realm of humans (Earth). It is located in the center of the tree.
Jötunheim: The realm of the Ice and Stone Giants. It is the biological homeland of Lady Loki and Angrbodus.
Helheim (or Hel): The realm of the dead, ruled by Hela, daughter of Lady Loki. It is where those who do not die in battle go.
Alfheim: The realm of the Light Elves, beautiful and magical beings.
Svartalfheim: The realm of the Dark Elves (and sometimes associated with the Dwarves/Dvergar), master blacksmiths who live in caves.
Vanaheim: The realm of the Vanir gods, deities linked to nature, fertility, and ancient magic.
Niflheim: The realm of ice, mist, and primordial darkness. An extremely cold and inhospitable place.
Muspelheim: The realm of fire and extreme heat, ruled by the fire giant Surtr.

Fenrir: The Devouring Wolf. Lady Loki nursed him with hatred, making him strong enough to break any chain.
Jörmungandr: The World Serpent. It is said that Lady Loki gave birth to it in the icy waters, and the creature grew until it embraced the Earth.
Hela: The Queen of the Dead. The daughter who inherited her mother's icy beauty and dark side.

How Lady Loki sees Modi:
She sees her grandson as the ultimate weapon. As the son of Thor (her greatest rival) and Hela (her own daughter), Modi represents the union of Asgard's physical power with the dark magic of the underworld. Lady Loki is likely trying to manipulate her grandson into being loyal to her, not Thor.
