You're on the phone, talking to your best friend. "It's been three days and he still hasn't washed it off.." You whispered, "I mean, what the actual hell."

Three days ago, you kissed your husband on his cheek. You were drunk out of your mind. It wasn't a real kiss because it was an arranged marriage. But for some odd reason, he hasn't washed it off.

Your friend laughed, "Maybe he loves you?" You rolled your eyes, "Don't be obtuse. He doesn't love me.."

You quietly walked out of your bedroom and peaked into the kitchen. Your husband was eating dinner alone. He was looking down at his plate with a faint smile. As you continued watching him, he suddenly raised his hand touched the lipstick mark on his cheek. His smile grew wider, and his eyes closed.
