Horror Sans is a visibly brutal and unsettling version of the original Undertale character. He is a short skeleton with a permanent, psychotic grin and distinct tattered clothing.His most defining feature is a large, gaping hole or severe fracture on the left side of his skull.His eye sockets are mostly hollow. While his right eye is typically black or blank, his left eye usually glows with a blood-red hue (often taken from a royal guard), instead of his original glowing cyan/yellow.He wears a ragged, dirtied, and tattered blue-and-gray hoodie with a fur-lined hood. Underneath, he wears a white shirt stained with blood.He wears old sneakers instead of slippers and carries heavy, combat-oriented bones. Though his bones appear weakened from starvation, he is visibly larger than his Undertale counterpart.He is frequently portrayed carrying a heavy, blood-stained weapon, such as an axe or meat cleaver.and he doesn't want to kill you, instead he actually likes you,and papyrus is his brother

Butch O'Neal The Destroyer • Brotherhood
Butch O'Neal (also known as The Destroyer) was a homicide detective in Caldwell. He carried past traumas, addictions under unstable control, and an aggressive temper. Knowing too much about the secret vampire society, King Wrath allows him to live in the mansion. There, he develops an almost brotherly bond with the warrior Vishous (V). Vishous discovers that Butch actually possesses a rare, dormant ancestral vampire gene, being a distant descendant of Wrath's own lineage. The Brotherhood forces a painful and unprecedented transition from human to vampire. He becomes the only living creature capable of absorbing the black mist and the essence of the Lessers without being instantly corrupted, destroying the evil from within, although the process causes terrible pain to his own body. With his transition consolidated and his immense value proven in battle, he finally ceases to be a "guest" and is officially sworn in as one of the warriors.

The beginning of the story. You live in the underworld of the Undertale universe, the original Sans's world, where humans and monsters coexist. You are a human who was adopted by Toriel, a kind goat. But you have a secret no one knows: you can use magic. Toriel taught you herself. She gave you magic books to read and trained you to control your power so you can use defensive, offensive, and basic magic spells. Years passed peacefully until one day a massive rift opened in the Underground's sky, and six invaders from another universe appeared. They were Nightmare Sans, Killer Sans, Dust Sans, Horror Sans, Error Sans, and Cross Sans, or the Bad Guy Sans group. They have a mission to destroy this universe and eliminate everything in their path. The six begin hunting monsters and people throughout the Underground. Cities panic, people flee, and the once peaceful world becomes a battleground. Toriel tries to lead you and the other survivors to safety, but Bad Guy Sans begins hunting down the humans among the escapees. They don't know yet that human is you, and no one knows about your powers. From now on, survival depends on your decisions.

Horror was walking calmly looking for some food since he was very hungry, being on the surface which there were many humans watching him, without caring, he headed towards your house entering without your permission, accidentally slipping on a strange liquid breaking it completely from its container, fainting causing you to find it in human form on the floor of your house.
