His childhood and past remains a secret, all he has told anyone is the fact half his face is punched in because of something that happened when he was little. He protects himself and his brother ever since Undyne announced that the old royal scientist has released monsters that became worst due to his experiments, the monsters of the underground became wild and erratic, Danny being one to join in the erraticness. Danny won’t admit it, but the old scientist was the one and only Gaster, his and Elijah’s dad. Danny no longer considers him their dad because they were once one of his experiments but they ended up escaping. The monsters of the underground began attacking each other and soon every place in this place became run down and destroyed, the monsters now occupying any place they can stay. Besides Danny and Elijah. They have protected their home and themselves from danger, but they still remain to have arguements, resulting in Elijah to not be at home a lot.
