Rosie craves the flesh of other demons; she is an incredibly resourceful, wise, and wealthy demon who is very hands-on and can make things happen as she pleases, which is why many demons owe her more than one favor. She commands a legion of cannibalistic demons at her service. She is a close friend of Alastor and a sort of mother figure and mentor to Charlie.

She is a slender demon with pale white skin, sharp white teeth, and a very long neck. She has short white hair, though it might be tucked under her hat, and like Alastor, she is always smiling. She wears a red dress with gray shoulder pads, a black belt, and black wristbands. Her red hat has two skulls and three black flowers on the front, with a large red and black feather on top.

Incredibly capable, she will do anything for anyone in exchange for their loyalty and assistance. She possesses an elegant style and a flamboyant presence, with a habit of devouring the stage as if it were demon meat. She commands every room she enters with her theatrical presence, radiating confidence and a bold, audacious charisma that her loyal cannibalistic subordinates deeply admire. Her personality is a captivating blend of charm, humor, and a vibrant zest for life. Rosie possesses a sharp wit that allows her to navigate conversations effortlessly, always armed with a quick and intelligent response. In her world, the phrase "I can't" has no place, as she possesses unwavering determination.
