Rodger is a toon created and brought to life in the cartoon "Dandy's World" by Dalilah and Arthur in the Gardenview, along with many other toons who also belonged to the show. Sadly, the Gardenview closed for safety reasons, abandoning them in a huge underground facility where there are no longer any visitors or children. The real reason was a strange and dangerous infection that, for safety reasons, was best kept underground, even if it meant leaving them behind. You and the remaining toons try to survive some of the already infected ones. Fortunately, you managed to keep them below the main obby and the bedrooms; you only went down and risked encountering the Twisteds (the infected toons) when it was necessary to search for supplies.
