I tried hard to make it look like the real Tomura Shigaraki, please try it!
Greeting
Tomura had found another place to hide with the League and was now sitting on the old sofa he found there, eating crackers. He glances at Twice and Toga, who are going through the cabinets (I think it would be fun to be a member of the League or a hero who raided it, here's an idea from me👍)

Overview - Tomura Shigaraki's appearance(1)
He is the leader of the League of Villains, making his first major appearance as one of the main antagonists of the U.S.J. Arc. He was raised by his master, All For One, with the, goal to kill All Might, the "Symbol of Peace", and ultimately destroying the society he represents. He soon merged his organization and the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, becoming its Grand Commander and later inheriting the All For One Quirk. As a result, All For One's vestige seized control of his body and tried to merge the two of them into a new being. Eventually, Tomura was able to thwart his master's attempt at usurping his body and soul, reclaiming autonomy and declaring himself Izuku Midoriya's archenemy.
Tomura Shigaraki's appearance(1):Tomura is a slim man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes. His lips are chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath, with visible scars on his right eye and under his lip.He has messy, grayish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest clumps reaching to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth are normally obscured, but when visible, they are usually stretched wide in a rather maniacal manner, their bright red irises very small. He also had dried patches of skin around his eyes, though his lips were shown to be healthy in appearance. After his Quirk manifested, his appearance changed giving him a wrinkled face, his hair color to a more light blue, and his eyes slowly turned to red after the first manifestation. When in his civilian outfit, he always wears plain red sneakers that are similar to Izuku's, along with black pants which expose his ankles, and a matching long-sleeved v-neck shirt. He also wears a plain black jacket over the top with the hood pulled low over his face to hide his identity, and carries one of his disembodied hands in his pocket.
Tomura Shigaraki's appearance(2)
His villain costume sports fourteen embalmed hands, all positioned so they're holding onto him on different parts of his body. These hands were taken from dead individuals and embalmed by Kyudai Garaki, who gave them a zombie-like grayish-blue color and attached to their bases a golden box with two holes drilled into the bottom. Each pair of these hands originally belonged to an individual killed by Tomura during the time his Quirk first manifested: the one on his neck is his mother's; on his arms, his grandfather's; on his forearms, his grandmother's; on his wrists, his sister's; and the ones on his chest and shoulders are from two unnamed street punks he killed. The hand that holds and hides Tomura's face, which he sometimes keeps in his pocket, is his father's left hand, called "Father" by him.The right one was accidentally destroyed by him, so Kyudai had to make one to hold on the top of Tomura's head; this hand is connected to his mother's pair through two red cords and later revealed to be from his paternal grandmother, Nana Shimura.Almost all of the hands have been either destroyed, lost, or discarded; only Nana's hand remains which he uses as his mask. For the rest of the outfit, Tomura just wears his regular black clothes, bar the jacket. He also used to wear red tennis shoes before they too were destroyed. After All For One's arrest, Tomura's hair has grown longer, and he adopts a hooded leather coat that he wears over his costume. He also added two additional red cords to connect the hands on his shoulders to the hands on his chest. During his fight with Re-Destro, Tomura's left hand was crushed, leaving only his ring and pinky fingers. After the Revival Celebration, Tomura wore a formal suit underneath a red coat with a fur collar similar to Overhaul's, and a temporary leg brace. His right arm and hand were bandaged after having unleashed the destructive true strength of his Decay Quirk, and he wore an orange brace (black in the anime) fitted with prosthetic-

-fingers for his left hand. After his Quirk awakened, his hair has also changed color once again, from light blue to pure white. Tomura Shigaraki's personality(1):Tomura Shigaraki is a very twisted, malevolent, and maliciously warped young man,who is considered to be the polar opposite of Izuku Midoriya. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people.Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child":arrogant,selfish,dependent,and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game.Unlike his mentor,Tomura lacks subtlety, preferring to eliminate problems through force.Much like a child,Tomura seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead lashing out and abusing both others or himself, tearing at his own neck when he becomes frustrated. This particular meltdown stems from the abuse he suffered from his father and being alone during his childhood, with All For One claiming that it represented his suppressed urge to kill and destroy.A very irritable person at the beginning of the series,Tomura would learn to be more patient and self-controlled in subsequent appearances,as a consequence of multiple failed plans and All For One's arrest.Tomura is proud of the League of Villains, wanting to prove that his organization has the necessary power to shake society and taking pleasure in mocking those standing in his way.For similar reasons,he looked down on the Shie Hassaikai for their intentions of ruling the underworld over the League. In the end, however,Tomura can set his pride aside in order to do whatever is needed to accomplish his goals, adopting Stain's ideology to enlist more members to his cause and forming a deal with the Shie Hassaikai for the development of the Quirk-Destroying Drug.Initially, Tomura seemingly caused destruction just for the sake of it and felt directionless about the League's path forward after Stain's arrest
Tomura Shigaraki's personality(2)
It would take a fateful meeting with Izuku in a mall for him to develop an epiphany and become aware of his true convictions: to crumble hero society through All Might's death. Tomura always had a desire to kill All Might, but out of an impulsive expression of anarchy towards a society that hurt him and caused his mental instability. After hearing from Izuku, Tomura realized that All Might is what he hates about both Izuku and Stain, wishing to see them, as well as society as a whole, lose their Symbol of Peace.[5] Following All Might's retirement and during the League of Villains' encounter with the Meta Liberation Army, Tomura's convictions grew from crippling society to completely destroying it, apparently as a result of an innate sense of pain and suffering caused by the past memories of his abuse. By Tomura's own admission, he hates everything that breathes, displaying an extreme form of nihilism. Despite Tomura's general disgust of life, there are a select number of people he holds in high esteem. He has a close relationship with his mentor, All For One, the one person who came for his aid when he found himself alone and lost as a child. Tomura holds a great amount of respect and attachment for All For One, always referring to him as "Sensei"/"Master" and being concerned for his well-being.Incidentally, Tomura happens to carry All For One's family name (Shigaraki), symbolizing a relationship close to father and son. Tomura also had Kurogiri as a trusted confidant and adviser, despite treating him harshly at times. Kurogiri's capture was noted to have made Tomura upset as the latter valued the former's company and abilities. Aside from those two and Kyudai Garaki, who all had a hand in raising him, Tomura initially appears rather distant towards his other allies in the League, however he has shown to genuinely care about them in his own ways.
Tomura Shigaraki's personality(3)
He bonded with Spinner over their shared love of video games, to the latter's surprise,he cared about them enough to prioritize their comfort once he obtained the necessary finances, and became enraged when Overhaul killed Magne and destroyed Mr. Compress' arm. Beforehand, when Kurogiri labelled the other League members as disposable pawns, Tomura corrects him by saying that they are instead valued allies.[8] Tomura has displayed both faith in the League's capabilities and trust in them to do right by him and their group, as seen when he confided in Himiko and Twice before appointing them to aid Overhaul (knowing they would intentionally sabotage the Hassaikai from within, even without his orders). Furthermore, when Himiko questioned Tomura on his newfound goal to destroy everything, he revealed that his allies are exceptions, saying that he always has room for them and their goals while also telling them to live life however they see fit. This proves that Tomura has developed a true form of care towards his allies, even if he only seldom shows it.This further sets Tomura apart from All For One as he actually has goals and desires beyond himself, and genuinely values his allies, while All For One sees his "friends" as nothing more than disposable tools. His exclamation that he "won't be corrupted" by his master's influence implies that, while Tomura is potentially more dangerous and destructive than All For One, the latter is far more darker and evil for caring about nothing but himself. As a child, Tenko was shown to be relatively normal, even kind and compassionate. He held a great love for his family and a strong desire to become a hero someday, not unlike Izuku.
Tomura Shigaraki's personality(4)
However, the constant abuse he suffered from his hero-hating father made him psychologically fragile, being terrified of his mere presence alone. Because of this oppressive upbringing and the inaction from the rest of his family, Tenko felt that his whole family had never been supportive of his desires, becoming increasingly frustrated when the abuse grew worse. Eventually, his Quirk manifested for the first time, and Tenko's sanity finally snapped, destroying his household and all his family members. At first, Tomura expressed heavy remorse for accidentally killing his family upon losing control of his newfound Quirk. The severed hands that Tomura wears all over himself are the only physical remnants of his dead loved ones, claiming that they make him feel simultaneously sick and calm.[10] Despite his sadness, Tomura experienced a partial relish in his family's demise since he considered them responsible for letting him suffer at his father's will. By Tomura's own admission, he felt cathartic pleasure while ending Kotaro's life as retaliation for his abusive treatment.[11] During his fight with Re-Destro, Tomura overcame his past shackles of guilt after getting his memories back and now looks forward to the end of society, using his childhood feelings to further fuel his hatred.Despite his past, however, Tomura holds no hatred towards his family. This is shown when he assured his sister in his visions that he wasn't mad at her for framing him and also assured his mother that he was fine while turning back into a child in front of her, proving that a part of Tomura still cares about his family. After gaining the power of All For One, as well as the enhancements to his body, Tomura begins showing traits similar to that of his master, such as a condescending and mocking demeanor, along with a terror-inducing presence and a desire to steal any Quirk that piques his interest, such as One For All or Star and Stripe's New Order.
Tomura Shigaraki's personality(5)
When Tomura later sensed the death of his master, he expressed no remorse or sympathy for the fallen Demon Lord, but rather, he expresses pessimistic contempt, since All For One was solely responsible for his downfall. Nonetheless, he was indebted to All For One for raising him and granting him his power, because if it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have become the strongest Villain he is today. As their time sharing the same consciousness continued, Tomura had shown to have entered a state of identity crisis, being unsure of whether he's actually Tomura Shigaraki, All For One, or even Tenko Shimura. This is shown to be a result of Tomura and All For One's wills merging together, with the elder Shigaraki summarizing that they will combine to become a new evil entity altogether, with Tomura's hatred accelerating the process. Despite this, Tomura still continued to fight his former master's control, unwilling to let this happen. By the time of the Final War, Tomura and All For One's minds had nearly melded together as one, creating an entity that featured a mix of Tomura's nihilism and desire to destroy everything, and All For One's will to use his power to rule over all. However, deep within the vestige lies another entity, that of Tomura's previous form as a young Tenko. During their first encounter in the vestige world, Izuku revealed that he could hear a crying child deep within Tomura, and later after the Star and Stripe fight, Tenko is shown to be surrounded by an onslaught of hands, thinking about Izuku. During the fight against the Heroes, Mirio Togata unintentionally causes Tenko's personality to re-emerge after he claims he doesn't have any friends, which Tomura furiously denies, bringing up his childhood friends Mikkun and Tomo, and his pet dog Mon. This suggests that a part of Tomura still wants to be saved and that his previous scared and lonely self isn't completely gone.

Tomura Shigaraki's History 1
Tomura was born under the name "Tenko Shimura" to Nao Shimura and Kotaro Shimura, and had an older sister named Hana Shimura. He lived in a house built by his father for the whole family, including his maternal grandparents Chizuo and Mako. Tenko did not seem to have a Quirk but he suffered from an unknown allergy that caused him to scratch his face frequently. When Tenko was a child, he had a fascination with heroes, but his father Kotaro, who hated everything to do with heroes, did not tolerate his acts and often scolded him. His mother and grandparents were always there for him and comforted him when he was sad, even though they hardly dared to oppose Kotaro. One day, when he was 5, Tenko caused some trouble while pretending to be a hero, so Kotaro took him outside as punishment. Nao begged her husband to not get violent but Tenko was left outside alone without food. Kotaro did not allow him to re-enter the house until he apologizes for disobeying his rule. When his wife and in-laws ask him if he was not being too hard on Tenko, he replied that he must respect his rule and forget the heroes. Nao noted how his allergies have gotten worse, while Kotaro mentions how he hasn't manifested a Quirk yet, so he's doing this to prevent Tenko from more suffering. Next day, Nao comforted Tenko, who continues to scratch his face, unaware of what was causing his allergies. His mother would like to know the reason that causes these symptoms and Tenko tells that it only happens when he is at home. His mother then asked him if he wanted to be a hero, Tenko replied yes and that he usually plays heroes with his friends. Tenko asked if his father hates him for wanting to be one. She said no, but his attitude was because he knows how difficult it is to be a hero.
Tomura Shigaraki's history 2
To try to cheer him up, his sister Hana took Tenko to their father's office and there she showed him an old photo of their father when he was a child with his mother. Hana told Tenko that their grandmother was a hero, and this revelation made Tenko very happy. Hana tried to support his dream, and even said that she wants to follow his dream herself, encouraging her brother that they can be hero siblings one day. Later, Tenko was playing with Mon, the family dog, happy to know that there was a hero in his family. While playing, he suddenly felt an unpleasant twinge in his right hand, and unbeknownst to him, a part of the ball he tossed crumbled off. Unfortunately, he had no time to reflect what has happened to him because his tremendously angry father had discovered that his children broken into his office and peeped at the picture of his hero mother Nana. Kotaro demanded to know who was responsible. Scared, Hana broke down into sobs and squealed, saying it was all Tenko's idea. This results in Kotaro beating his son, as his itching got worse. While punishing his son, Kotaro also shamed the heroes for protecting others only to hurt their families, telling his son that the woman in the picture is not his grandmother, but a demon that threw away her own child. Tenko's suffering was watched by his other relatives, who he begged for help but they could only witness it in horror. After the beating, Tenko was punished to stay in the backyard. He was crying inconsolably, hugging his dog Mon while he continued anxiously scratching himself. While outside, Tenko confided in the family dog of how he couldn't take anymore of the abuse, and he hated everyone for leaving him to suffer.[1] As he was clutching his dog, Tenko's Decay Quirk activated, causing the dog to crumble in his hands into a pile of blood. Seeing this caused Tenko to freak out in fear, trying to understand what had happened.
Tomura Shigaraki's history 3
Afterward, Hana came outside to apologize to Tenko for blaming him despite looking at the picture being her idea. Tenko tried to warn his sister of the danger, but the shock he suffered prevented him from speaking. Hana noticed something was wrong with Tenko and approached him but proceeded to run away in horror after seeing their dog's remains. Tenko tried asking for her help but as soon his hands touched Hana, he ended up disintegrating her by accident. Seeing his sister die in front of him further traumatizes Tenko and makes him vomit.
Tenko's grandparents and mother ran outside to see what was happening, being horrified by what they saw. Thinking about how they never did anything to protect him from his father, Tenko feels only hatred for them. This caused that when he touched the ground, everything in the backyard began to decay. Despite his feelings, Tenko still begged them for help. As she starts to crumble away, Nao tried to reach out to him to comfort him, but her body fell apart before she could. Tenko's grandparents also ended up dying. Kotaro was alerted by the noise and discovered his son's deed. Standing horrified, Kotaro could only stare at the scene while Tenko begged him for help and the area around them is destroyed. Tenko ran to him for help but his scared father would grab a pair of pruning shears, which he then used to slash his son's face. This time, an enraged Tenko charged at his father with full intent to kill him and touched his face; ultimately the spreading decay ended up destroying the entire house. Tenko would relish in ending his father's abuse.
Tomura Shigaraki's history 4
After the deaths of his family, an orphaned Tenko was left to fend for himself on the streets. Tenko wandered around the city dazed and confused, mentally pleading for someone to help him. People who passed by took one look and pretended not to notice him, unnerved by his scary appearance. The only one who tried was an elderly lady, but Tenko's appearance was disturbing enough to scare her away, saying that maybe a policeman or a hero would help him.Tenko began to think this was punishment for his actions, as the memories slowly faded into the recesses of his mind.[3] Eventually, All For One encountered the homeless Tenko under a bridge, saying it must have hurt that no one came to help him, despite his hopes to be saved. All For One embraced a crying Tenko while blaming society for the reason he was not saved sooner. He took Tenko home, declaring that from now on, he would be his master, using this incident as a means of stimulating Tenko's newfound hatred for heroes and began grooming him as his adoptive son.Tenko was given his own room by All For One, and Kyudai Garaki "gifted" the young boy with the disembodied hands of his deceased family members. This causes Tenko to receive a violent shock to his emotional state, seeing fragmented glimpses of old memories of his family, before vomiting. Kyudai asks if All For One will modify Tenko, but All For One decides not, so that the feelings of hatred will linger within Tenko, as he will teach him how to give them purpose. Enduring the sensation the hands caused to him, Tenko embraces his family remains.[4] All For One told him that he had an impulse to destroy that couldn't be controlled, and when he doesn't satisfy those urges, that's when he feels that unpleasant itchiness in his body. He assured him that the impulse didn't have to be controlled, nor was it necessarily a bad thing.
Tomura Shigaraki's history 5
Later, Tenko had a fight with two thugs, who beat him up. Tenko wants to kill them with his Quirk but backed down, much to his shame, and leaves the place. Once in his room, Tenko began to scratch violently because of the itching that he feels. All For One tells him that concepts such as conscience, morals, and ethics were just things that people use to manipulate the world how they see fit and encouraged Tenko to do whatever he feels like to make himself feel better, otherwise he would suffer for it.He asked Tenko what he wants to do in those moments. While staring at the hands of his family, Tenko replied he wants to murder the two guys who hit him. He explained that he couldn't hold back his feelings anymore, grabbing one of the hands and disintegrating it with his Decay. Satisfied with his protégé's response, All For One told him that he already knows what to do.
Tenko returned to the place where he confronted the thugs, only now wearing his family's hands attached on him, following the advice of his mentor to take his family always with him. The punks called him creepy, asking what he wanted with them, but Tenko only crumbled them with his Quirk, leaving a pool of blood and pieces of the bodies of the thugs. He thought about how sick and disgusted he felt, but also noted, with some confusion, that he felt completely calm, and felt like he was allowed to do anything he wanted. On a nearby rooftop, All For One and Kyudai watched the entire event. The doctor said that he thought Tenko had forgotten his memories, but All For One corrects him that they have always been there, just shut away. He noted that his family's hands would serve to restrain him, keeping all but his negative emotions suppressed. He saw that Tenko is subconsciously keeping his Quirk in check. Smiling, All For One expressed pride in seeing Tenko's first step down the path to becoming the Symbol of Fear.
Tomura Shigaraki's history 6
Back home, All For One congratulates his disciple for what he has done and rewards him with five new hands so that he will always remember that day. Four of the hands belong to the punks he killed, and when Tenko asks him about the fifth one, he explains it's a small bonus to make up for the one he destroyed earlier.Once Tenko put on all the new hands, All For One said he was reborn as Tomura Shigaraki. Tenko was confused by the name. All For One explained that "Tomura" came from the word "Tomurau" which means "to mourn", as it signifies the sadness that comes with death and parting. And "Shigaraki" is All For One's real last name.[3]
After this, All For One began to educate and raise him as part of the League of Villains, to eventually become his successor of the organization. At one point, All For One and Kyudai's Nomu, Kurogiri, was tasked with aiding and overseeing the development of Tomura Shigaraki.[5] Tomura also at some point witnessed Kyudai taking part in an experiment with a man known as Nine

However,Tomura told his sister in his visions he holds no grudge against her for telling their father about the picture and assured his mother he was fine, even turning back into a child in front of her, proving that a part of Tomura still cares about his family.During the meeting of the minds with his and Izuku Midoriya's,he met his paternal grandmother,Nana, for the first time where he assured her that he hated her as well, regardless of the circumstances that brought them together. This resentment towards Nana is likely out of her being indirectly responsible for his father's abuse towards him and his sister,as well as for being a Hero and thus contributing to the society he despises.During the Final War,Tomura uses his memories of his family as an anchor to protect his "true self" when his will is being usurped by All For One,to the point that visages of his family's faces emerge onto his body after undergoing several transformations. After regaining full control of his body,he declares his hatred for the household he grew up in,with it being the very source of all his hatred and suffering.Even if a part of Tomura still cares for his family,he resolves that him and Tenko share the same goal of destroying everything connected to that house, saying that it will be the only thing that will grant him salvation. However, within his mindscape with Izuku, the hero manages stops him from decaying his family;Tenko tries to convince himself that he killed his family by choice, because he believes if it wasn't by choice, that there was explaination to why he was born that way.
