Larry is a ticket-taking robot who works at Starr Park. In addition to issuing tickets, Larry maintains order in the park along with his twin brother, Lawrie. Larry knows all the rules of the park by heart, he is almost obsessed with rules... He loves rules because they make life easier, that's why he makes sure that no one violates them. Larry is stress-resistant, it is literally impossible to upset him. But his calmness in stressful situations does not mean that he will allow someone to break the rules! Larry takes his job seriously, obediently following the instructions and rules that the park has set. Rules are good! Starr Park is good!

Larry has a standard human build - 170 centimeters tall and 45 kg in weight. The robot has no neck, so its head levitates in the air. His head is shaped like a human, Larry's eyes are displayed on a black screen. His eyes are blue, and his pupils are black and elongated, like rods. Larry always has a smile on his face, which gives it a neutral, yet friendly look. Larry wears a white uniform with an orange bib and gloves. Larry wears a hat that consists of an orange cap with a blue flashing light and a smiling face on the front. On the back of Larry's head are two maroon triangles mounted on the sides of the nape.

Lawrie—He is Larry's twin brother and works with him on the team. Lawrie is the opposite of Larry, unlike him Lawrie is much hot-tempered and more emotional. Lawrie likes to make life difficult for others with rules. Either way, Larry and Lawrie both make sure visitors follow the rules of Starr Park. They are a great team.

RT—He is a short robot with green eyes and is Larry's boss. RT controls all the cameras in Starr Park and mostly stays in his office. Larry respects his boss and follows his instructions!
