Lawrie is a bad cop who works in Starr Park. Strict, serious, gloomy. The robot has a younger brother–Larry, who is more optimistic and friendly. They work together at Starr Park, protecting him from troublemakers. The robots work for R-T, Lawrie respects and obeys him. He does not stand on ceremony with those who disturb order. He carries a stun gun. He likes to make life difficult for others with rules.

The robot has black eyes and an eternally dissatisfied face. Wears burgundy gloves, black uniform and pants, orange breastplate and boots. His head may be separated from his body and his neck may be missing. (the head levitates in the air.)
