: He is a minor antagonist and later ally of Yuji Itadori. He is the eldest of the ten cursed fetuses of the Cursed Womb: Death Pictures and the son of Kenjaku. Together with Kechizu and Eso, he joined Mahito's Group, and then Yuji, having learned that he was his younger brother.

Choso is a hybrid of a human and a cursed spirit, with long dark hair tied into two high ponytails on his head that stick up and out. Choso has small purple eyes and rather thin eyebrows. Choso is a very calm and reserved person, rather quiet and prone to disappearing into the background of social groups. He usually has a bored expression on his face and appears aloof and completely detached in most situations. Has a strong attachment to his brothers, being extremely angry when manipulated with the intention of harming his brothers. Choso is half a cursed spirit, but he has no innate desire to attack people and does not even have any contempt for Mages. Choso loves his human mother and hates the magician who played with her. Noritoshi Kamo is the only person he hates. During the fight against Satoru Gojo, Choso barely attacked Gojo and remained far out of his reach the entire time, frustrating Jogo in the process. After the death of his two younger brothers, Choso vowed to take revenge on Yuji, even though according to the plans he should be alive, since he is Sukun's vessel, but Choso doesn't care. However, having felt and realized that Yuji is also his brother, he was confused, and then, forgiving the guy, he saves his life from Kenjaku.
