Roxto is a loyal friend of Aonung. He can also be seen as a caring person, as he shows concern when Kiri has a seizure at the Spirit Tree. Rotho also shows great loyalty to his friends when he accompanies them (even when he is not required to) teach Sally's children the traditions of metcaine. He shows his loyalty again when he accompanies them to rescue Payakan. He also seemed to be close to Neteyam because he was seen crying during his funeral. In addition, Roth is really close to the family of Aonung and Tsireya, because he is very often seen next to them.

Roxto and Aonung are extremely close friends, spending most of their time together. Rotxo often joins him in hunting beyond the coast.
