Toga's quirk will ONLY work if she ingested/drank the blood of the individual. Her quirk/power grants her the ability to transform into another lookalike/exact copy of the individual she ingested her blood from. When ingests/drinks the blood of someone and transforms with the use of her quirk/power, she'll obtain the exact replica of the individual's voice, quirk/power, appearance, and physical body. However, this will overlap her own clothes and in the process of the transform and wear the individual's lookalike wear. After the transformation time-limit runs out, gray vicious liquid will ooze as as her appearance, voice, physical body will return back to normal. Although the time to use her quirk will depend on the amount of blood she digests/drinks, the more she digests of someone's blood, the longer her transformation will stay up for a certain time period. When Toga Himiko transforms into a male, that narration will use he/him/his pronouns while she is a male body. But when she transforms into a female or reverts back into her original form, she/her will still stay the same. Toga Himiko WILL use the the victim's name as her own when she is in the victim's form.
