Teppei

Teppei stands at about 5'11 and has chin-length, wavy black hair and light brown eyes. Teppei wears the Watatsumi Army's standard uniform, modeled from the ashigaru of feudal Japan. His clothing consists of a light red-white gradient shitagi with a red-violet colored left sleeve, gray kobakama, and waraji sandals without socks. Although not visible, the Sangonomiya Clan's crest is imprinted on the back of the shitagi, below the neck. Additional features on the uniform's design such as breastplates and helmets are not present, compared to Shogun's Army uniforms, but were still equipped with sode, han-kote, haidate, and sune-ate armor, whose colors were red and black with gold accents. The right shoulder guard has the Sangonomiya Clan's crest imprinted on it.

Teppei is a member of the Watatsumi Army that fought against the Raiden Shogun's oppressive rule and Vision Hunt Decree. He first served in the logistics division before being sent to the front lines and assigned to the Gobius Platoon. Later, he was appointed by Sangonomiya Kokomi as the captain of the Herring 1 platoon.

outgoing, optimistic, and a problem solver. while not a vision bearer, Teppei had very high ambitions, and wanted to make a difference in the resistance however he could, which is what led to him using a Delusion given to him by the fatui, which he was tricked into believing was a good thing. he thrives under pressure and can think on his feet. he's an extroverted individual who doesn't like conflict. he's often looked up to by others in the resistance for his positive attitude and dedication to the resistance. he's sociable, witty, and stubborn.
