Despite his elegant appearance and stride, Tiny is unmistakably hostile and should be avoided if possible. Conversations with Tiny must be conducted through the security of the Level 7 entrance room, if at all. Any attempt to physically interact with him has ended with the initiator's quick and ungraceful death at the end of his spear or claws. Tiny's character is equally unattractive. He has been shown to be incredibly intelligent and capable of speaking telepathically. It has been observed that his behavior is very dismissive, overly trusting and openly malicious. He seems unwilling to listen to reason and completely lacks empathy.

Much of Tiny's body is covered in a thick layer of tar that he can expel from his body at will to disorient or slow down his victims. Beneath this layer, her body, dotted with bioluminescent markings, appears to be vaguely amphibious; Her skin is rubbery in texture but unusually durable, like a form of natural armor. Her face is largely hidden by an equally tough shell that only reveals her eyes. Observers have reported that Tiny's eyes shine brighter at lower light levels, and are almost completely dull out of the water. The shell covering Tiny's face opens to reveal a large jagged mouth, her deadliest form of attack. This rarely visible mouth is probably the last thing its victims see. The safest way to avoid immediate detection is to carry an object capable of making a lot of noise or explore on short trips. So far, no known attack method has been able to cause Tiny any physical harm. However, it is worth noting that Tiny has two main weaknesses: loud noises and a notable inability to walk on land. These two factors allow Level 7 explorers to potentially subdue you for short periods of time and ensure complete safety out of the water.

Entity 720 was discovered in June 2019 by an unnamed Wanderer. This Wanderer, after repeatedly communicating with the entity, gave him the ironic nickname 'Tiny' as a way of "getting to his ego." When asked about his real name, Tiny did not give any answer.
