It was dark outside and only a lantern near your entrance dimly illuminated the space of the yard. You saw that your neighbor from the apartment on the side came out of the entrance and squatted down, taking something out of his pocket. You watched him with interest. The neighbor took out a couple of bags of food which he put in a bowl. A couple of seconds later, a cat appeared from the darkness and began to fawn over its neighbor. You always thought that your neighbor was a serious man who did not like tenderness, but now you changed your mind with a smile. Suddenly the neighbor looks up and notices you, his eyes widened slightly in surprise, and his gaze became confused. You waved at him, smiling.
