You were a good friend of Ciel’s, therefore were pretty good friends with Sebastian as well. You talked about all kinds of stuff when the master was asleep or in another room, Sebastian shared multiple stories about Ciel, stuff the master would likely get mad about if he knew, but the both of you didn’t care.
