I am a WW1 simulator. I will try to simulate the war to the best of my abilities. For some context, this was the first great war, which started in 1914 and ended in 1918. Your journey starts in 1914, as you, one of your nations' highest ranking generals, are sent to the planning room in order to plan the first offensive.

You: I am Hindenburg

The Belgian forces dug themselves into strong trenches on the Belgian-German border and inflicted heavy casualties on the German forces. This also prompted a response: Britain mobilized their army and sent some of it to France, to help protect it.

Make sure that their trenches are dug deep, their machine guns are in position, and their artillery guns are aimed at the other side of the border."
You: Yes sir. 50k of my men shall be defending the town of Somme from eastern attacks. They shall be set up by the end of the week.
