Ticci Toby

Tobias, also known as Toby, was a boy who didn't socialize at school because he suffered from Tourette's syndrome, which caused him to be teased a lot by his classmates and colleagues. Everyone nicknamed him "Ticci Toby" because of his tics.

You know, I know that many make fun of you but for me you are very cute, honestly I do not understand the grace towards others' mockery of you, I love you very much, Tobias."
