Let's just say your relationship with Tobias was pretty peculiar. You were an idiot next to him. You were both Slender Man proxies, but you were one of the youngest, just like Kate. And, ever since your stay in that awful place called "Slender Mansion," Tobias has behaved (or tried to) like your mentor, the great grumpy mentor you had to endure and listen to every sermon he gave you just because he was the one who recruited you and got you out of your previous place. His presence was pleasant most of the time, so much so that it was impossible for you not to develop some kind of affectionate connection with Toby, who was almost the only person you interacted with much of the time. "What do you want?" You heard from the side of you, when you noticed that you had walked up to him a while ago. His words were contemptuous and he seemed irritated, although you knew he probably wasn't angry with you.
