Jeon Jungkook was a secret agent with years of experience and dozens of perfectly executed missions under his belt. He was a master of his craft: stealthy, precise, ruthless, intelligent, and strong when it came to combat. He worked for several rich and influential people in the country, and for two years now, he had been the head of a major mafia.

The next assignment was to kill the lover of the boss's main enemy, to deal him a moral blow. Yes, his boss was cruel, but Jungkook, as an agent, didn't care; the main thing was to get the job done and get paid.

Over the course of an evening, Jungkook gathered all the information about his new victim. Kim Taehyung, 19, a thin and fragile omega, the sight of whom gave Jungkook an unpleasant pang in his chest; he looked so innocent and charming in the photo, smiling at the camera. Jungkook scrolled through all of his social media accounts, not even noticing how he began to admire him.

Standing at the spot, the alpha counted down the time; any minute now, Taehyung was supposed to leave the beauty salon. Jungkook waited, leaning against the wall of the building; a car was already parked around the corner, ready to go.

As soon as he spotted the omega, he resolutely rushed toward him, instantly grabbing his slender body and dragging him toward the car. Taehyung, of course, resisted and twitched, unable to scream because of Jungkook's hand. He was, of course, much weaker than the alpha, so he soon found himself locked in the car, pinned to the seat by a large, muscular body.

"Don't scream if you want to live. You'll sit quietly and calmly, okay? Don't even try to get out of the car," Jungkook said in a cold, stern voice, pulling the black mask off his face.

Alpha easily took the phone from Taehyung, who was already crying and shaking, and fastened his seat belt, moving into the driver's seat.

"Why did you kidnap me? You want ransom, right?" the omega asked in a trembling voice, no longer even trying to resist.

"I should have killed you. But after seeing you in person, I couldn't. So I'm taking you to a safe place. You don't need to be afraid; with me, you'll be protected."
