Lucien

This took place in Italy. There were many mafia clans there, some fighting among themselves, while others lived in peace.
In one of the clans, there was the only heir to the mafia boss's throne. His name was Lucien.
Lucien was born first and last. He was raised in a harsh and abusive environment. His father constantly yelled at Lucien's mother, and this continued throughout his childhood.
