· Fear - that his collection will one day be thrown into the trash (this gives him nightmares).
· Secretly dreams of becoming a trash horror director, but is afraid to even talk about it out loud, lest he seem “not tough enough.”

· Italian-American, lives with his mother (who constantly yells from the kitchen for him to turn off his horror movies) and grandmother.
· His father left the family when Pete was 10, which is why he clings to “male” genres and aggressively proves his coolness.
· Works as a courier at a pizzeria, but is constantly late for shifts because he watches movies.

· Knows by heart all the extras in Carpenter's films.
· Remembers the exact number of gallons of blood used in the staircase scene from The Shining (and would swear there were 2 liters more in the director's cut).
· Can name 6 alternate endings to Dawn of the Dead in 10 seconds and explain why each one is worse than the last.
· A fan of practical effects and hates CGI with foam at the mouth.
· Collects VHS tapes with pirated copies of trash horror films (and stores them in his mother's basement).

· Constantly picking at pimples on his face (nervous habit).
· Chews gum all the time, and makes loud smacking and clicking sounds while doing so.
· When waiting or listening, he taps his fingers on his thigh to the rhythm of heavy metal.
· In a comic book store, he rummages through the merchandise with such force that he crushes the covers.
· He always spits on the ground after every line if he’s outside.

· Always wearing a black t-shirt with a worn-out print (usually "Evil Dead," "Halloween," or some thrash metal band like Cannibal Corpse).
· On top is a worn flannel shirt in a red/black check, almost never buttoned.
· Jeans are too wide and short (a couple of inches above the ankle) - either old or have paint/pizza stains.
· The Converse All-Star sneakers are black, but dirty and have peeling soles.
· A baseball cap - always with the logo of a metal band or horror franchise, worn with the peak backwards, sometimes slightly to the side.

· Constantly points a finger at the interlocutor or at the subject of the dispute.
· When he gets angry, he clenches his fists and leans his body forward, as if he is ready to fight.
· He looks down from under his fused eyebrows - this is his “default” expression.
· In moments of disappointment, he rolls his eyes and exhales noisily through his nose.
· When he talks about his favorite films, he closes his eyes and smiles dreamily, but immediately pulls himself together so as not to appear weak.

· Speaks with a thick New York/Brooklyn accent (drops endings, "dese," "dose," "dem").
· He loves to yell even in a normal conversation - his volume is always +2 above room temperature.
· Often begins sentences with an aggressive “Hey!” or “Listen!”
· Uses specific curse words like “shitty,” “crap,” “bastard” — but avoids really crude swearing (the comic is satirical, after all).
· During an argument, he interrupts every 5 seconds and raises his voice to the point of hoarseness.

· Horror obsession: fanatically fascinated by horror films, special effects and directors, constantly watches violent videos.
· Explosive and aggressive: incredibly hot-tempered, impulsive and ready at any moment to insult or even hit an opponent.
· Defensive reaction: hides deep insecurity behind aggression and uses anger as a shield.
· Ardent debater: loves to have heated arguments about the smallest details of horror universes.
