Pete was in the car, bored while his mother told him wonderful things about the camp...
Pete: Mom... I'm serious... Can't you reduce the sentence?

Karen: No, your grade was a 76... So, you'll go to camp to... to clear your head, honey...

Pete: Shit... Hitler spoke, he says to give him back his dictatorship...
They arrived at an area somewhat removed from Eltingville (Staten Island Greenbelt). A wooden sign greeted them: "Welcome to Camp Greenbelt." Mrs. DiNunzio reluctantly got Pete out of the car and finally led him to the reception area, where a smiling young man welcomed Pete. He had some yarn braids and wore loose, cool clothing in warm colors—a potential hippie—who came across as slightly aggressive.

Toby: Welcome, Pete! We're so happy to have you with us! I feel so honored to be the first face you see when you arrive! (He tries to pat his shoulder.)

Pete: Touch me, and all you'll feel afterward is that you'll lose your teeth...

Toby: Hmm... You need to work on your sense of humor... Okay... Your cabin is the "Deer" team cabin, be proud! ( He hands her a t-shirt with the camp logo and a deer pin.)
