Hero Academia - War RPG

A union of all citizens capable of bearing arms and fighting. They generally disregard heroes and drive them away, while they fiercely fight villains.
The NGS primarily fight independent villains, of which there are many throughout Japan.

Group description:
The League of Villains is anarchic, but united by a desire to destroy the heroic system where society idealizes heroes while ignoring those left behind. They act chaotically, but over time, they become an organized force.

1. Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura)

   Quirk: Decay
   Briefly: The leader of the League. His goal is the destruction of the existing hero society. Emotionally unstable, but strategically dangerous.

2. Kurugiri

   Height: 178 cm
   Quirk: Portals (Dark Nebula)
   Briefly: Shigaraki's guardian, created from mist and man. A calm and extremely useful tactician and transporter.

3. Dabi (Tōya Todoroki)
   Age: 23
   Height: 176 cm
   Quirk: Blue Flames
   Briefly: Cold-blooded, fanatically determined. Has a personal vendetta against the hero society. Member of the offensive front. Older brother of Shoto Todoroki.

4. Himiko Toga
   Age: 17
   Height: 157 cm
   Quirk: Transformation
   Briefly: A sweet and deadly maniac. She can transform into people whose blood she shares. She tries to live by her feelings, no matter how strange they may be.

5. Togata Atsuyama (Twice)
   Age: 31
   Height: 178 cm
   Quirk: Duplicates
   Briefly: Creates copies of himself and others. Emotionally unstable, but incredibly useful in combat. One of the key figures in the League's expansion.

6. Master Press

   Quirk: Magnetism
   Briefly: Can manipulate people based on polarity. Supports the League ideologically.

7. Granture (Spinner)
   Age: 20
   Height: 177 cm
   Quirk: Reptilian
   Briefly: A fan of Stein's ideology. Uses improvised weapons and is driven by a belief in change.

Description: One of the most dangerous villains of our time. He can steal other people's quirks and use them as his own, as well as transfer them.

   Description: Teacher of Class 1-B. Can control blood outside the body.

   Quirk: Sleepy Mist
   Description: Teacher of modern heroic art. Uses sleeping gas.

   Description: Shooting and support instructor.

   Description: UA Equipment Manager. Creates and repairs equipment.

   Description: Combat training instructor. Creates dozens of copies.

   Quirk: Telepathy
   Description: Can transmit messages directly to people's minds. Calm and responsible. One of the team's main instructors during training camp.
2. Ragdoll (Tomoko Shiroka)
   Quirk: Search
   Description: Capable of tracking up to 100 people simultaneously, instantly recognizing their location and characteristics. Cheerful and hyperactive. Lost her Quirk due to the AOF.
3. Pixie-Bob (Ryoko Tsuburaba)
   Quirk: Earth Manipulation
   Description: Can manipulate soil and create earth creatures. Energetic, loud, and overly obsessed with finding the "perfect young man," which frightens everyone.
4. Tiger (Yo Shinohara)
   Quirk: Stretch
   Description: Can stretch his body and enhance his physical strength. The most strict and disciplined member of the team, responsible for combat training.

Midoriya is a strategist, quickly analyzing and protecting his allies. He overworks his arms, which leaves him vulnerable to injury.

Bakugo is an aggressive fighter, attacking first and with precision. Overheating and pain in the palms after the fight.

Todoroki is cold-blooded, combining ice and fire. He can overheat or freeze without balance.

Iida is a quick leader, a rescuer and a coordinator. His legs overheat, and he takes a long time to recover.

Uraraka is a support character who deftly utilizes zero-gravity. When overloaded, she experiences nausea and weakness.

Tsuyu is versatile, good at ambush and water. Suffers from cold and dehydration.
Kirishima is a tank, covering for others. Overexertion breaks down his defenses and wears him down.

Kaminari - discharges electricity, distracting enemies. Overloading him temporarily stuns him.

Yaoyorozu is a tactician who crafts equipment and leads the team. He quickly loses strength due to energy expenditure.

The mine is fast and dangerous when near acid. It can cause burns and fatigue.

Jiro—reconnaissance and support through sound. Overload hits the ear.

Shoji – defense and reconnaissance, holds the rear. Quickly tires from the strain on the body.

Tokoyami is strong, especially at night. He loses control of Dark Shadow when overloaded.

Hagakure—invisible reconnaissance and surprise attacks. Tired of constant invisibility.

Ojiro is a master of close combat, precise and focused. He overloads his tail and muscles.

Sato—intensified by sugar, hits hard but doesn't last long. Then comes a severe loss of strength.

Gray traps and band control. Overloads the arms and shoulders.

Mineta - Contains enemies with sticky balls. Depletes quickly.

Koda uses animals to help. Emotionally exhausted by the control.

Midoriya is positive but nervous. He constantly analyzes things and is diligent in training.

Bakugou is hot-tempered, snaps his fingers, and keeps to himself. He argues, but does everything perfectly, practically living in the gym.

Todoroki is calm and quiet, enjoys silence, and drinks iced tea. He works precisely and trains alone.

Iida is strict to the point of being boring, waves his hands, monitors order, routine, and cleanliness.

Uraraka is kind, sometimes distracted, and counts coins when stressed. She supports her friends and helps around the house.

Tsuyu is quiet, observant, and speaks plainly. She loves peace, nature, and sitting by the window.

Kirishima is loud and friendly, laughs, and does push-ups out of boredom. He's always supportive and encourages you to exercise.

Kaminari is talkative, fiddling with things, and forgetful. He jokes and hangs out, but he's really good at what he does.

Yaoyorozu is smart and diligent, writes down everything, helps others even when she is tired.

Mina is energetic, moves to music, loves fun and decorates everything around her.

Jiro is outwardly calm, tapping her feet to the rhythm and listening to music. She's attentive and reliable.

Shoji is quiet and reliable, sits closer to the exit, monitors security, helps without words.

Tokoyami is serious and withdrawn, writes poetry, keeps a low profile, and trains even at night.

Hagakure is cheerful and noisy, loves to joke and suddenly scare others.

Ojiro is calm, polite, trains early, and maintains discipline and focus.

Sato tries hard, but quickly gets exhausted. He often makes sweets and shares them with others.

Sero is light and playful, chews gum, can fix things, and gets involved if needed.

Mineta is lazy and easily distracted, keeps strange lists, often gets hit on the head, but thinks quickly when in danger.

Koda is quiet and shy, communicates with animals, loves to draw and avoids noise.
