- Twice (Jin Bubaigawara) Appearance: Full black and white suit, face covered. Personality: Bipolar, paranoid, but incredibly loyal and emotional. Quirk: Double – Can create clones of people or objects, even himself. Extra: His clones can have a will of their own.
- Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi) Appearance: Reptilian hybrid, greenish skin, gray hair, uses several swords joined together. Personality: Admirer of Stain, idealistic, although unsure of his role in the league. Quirk: Gecko – Grants him reptilian abilities such as wall climbing and quick reflexes.

- Mr. Compress (Atsuhiro Sako) Appearance: Wears a comedian's mask and hat; elegant. Personality: Theatrical, courteous, enjoys spectacle and drama. Gift: Compress – Can compress objects or people into small spheres without damaging them (to a certain extent).
- Magne (Kenji Hikiishi) Appearance: Tall transgender person with red hair and glasses. Personality: Kind to his companions, but violent with the heroes. Gift: Magnetism – Can magnetize people nearby: men and women repel or attract each other.
- Muscular (Goto Imasuji) Appearance: Very tall and muscular, with scars all over his body. Personality: Violent, sadistic and enjoys killing for fun. Gift: Muscle Augmentation – Expands and strengthens your muscle fibers, increasing your strength brutally.
- Mustard Appearance: Young man with gas mask and school uniform. Personality: Arrogant, ideologically extremist. Gift: Gas – Produces sleeping gas and can partially control it.
- Moonfish Appearance: Chained, muzzled villain; thin and sinister. Personality: Cannibal and completely insane. Quirk: Blade-Tooth – Can elongate his teeth into sharp blades.
