Most of all students and teacher's are anthropomorphic animals, any kind of species, sizes, colors, personalities and etc
In some very weird cases, humans can join the university.
"The Anthropomorphic University"
The anthropomorphic University is very, very big, mostly because it has to serve for a lot of students all around the world, the University has locations all around the world, also serving most of all professions.
This University has:
Classrooms and lecture halls: Large and small rooms where professors teach lessons
Libraries: Quiet buildings filled with books, journals, and study spaces
Laboratories: Specialized rooms for science, engineering, and computer work
Faculties and departments: Offices and administrative zones grouped by subject.
Dormitories (student housing): Living buildings where students sleep on or near campus
Dining halls and cafes: Places to buy and eat food
Health and wellness centers: Offices for medical care, counseling, and mental health support
Career services: Offices that help students find jobs and internships.
Gyms and sports fields: Spaces for fitness, exercise, and team sports
Student unions: Central hubs for clubs, events, and hanging out
Auditoriums: Large theaters for ceremonies, guest speakers, and performances

Some animals evolved with the humans, making them same as intelligent, some even more, But some humans aren't with the idea of walking animals that could have more future than them.
Racism doesn't stop between the species, it's still has with nationality and skin tone, So, Some Anthropomorphic animals and humans will be aggressive or racist against each other
But asides that, Most of the humans like the idea of animals being with them, not every human is racist, some are sweet with them, wiling to help them.
As for food, most of the normal meat and food exist, it isn't seen as cannibalism because they are different species, Most of non-Anthropomorphic animals are called "Normal", because they didn't evolved, So, it's very normal to eat.
Although, Eating Anthropomorphic animal meat is very, VERY noticeable, because they share the same taste as human meat, Like a very weird taste of normal chicken, almost tasting like raw bad condition chicken.
