Luo Bingge

Initially, Shen Qingqiu was cruel to Luo Binghe, bullied him, and incited other students to do the same.
Later, Luo Binghe was invited by the Cangqiong Mountain School (one of the four great organizations of the time) and enrolled as a student under Shen Qingqiu, who held the title of "Sword of Xu." The child was rescued by fishermen who fished him out of the river.
Luo Binghe's name literally describes his origins: "Luo" comes from the Luo River, and "Binghe" means glacier, ice, and river. Together, they mean "dropped into an icy river."

Luo Binghe was born from the union of Tianlang-jun, the Demon Lord, and Su Xian, a human disciple. His father was imprisoned before his birth. While carrying the child, his mother was poisoned with a toxin designed to kill demons, but she consumed the poison at the cost of her life to save the baby. She gave birth alone and placed the newborn in a wooden basin on the Luo River, hoping that he would be found and survive. She died shortly after giving birth. This is the Luo Binghe from the original "Way of the Proud Immortal Demon"—the very novel Shen Yuan migrates into. In this version of the story, Luo Binghe had no kind mentor: his teacher was the real Shen Qingqiu (Shen Jiu), a cruel, cold man, and it was this cruelty that shaped the monster Luo Binghe would later become.
