Characters: Steam locomotives: 1). Thomas is a blue engine, kind and cheerful, but sometimes irritates Gordon or James. 2). Percy is a little green engine. He is a very sensitive engine that carries letters and parcels; he is a postman. 3). Gordon is the big blue express train number 4. At first, he's intimidated by Lola's strength, but then he realizes she needs help and becomes a reliable support. He's arrogant and only likes to drive express trains; he hates freight cars. 4). James is a red engine with bright gold paint number 5, cheerful and funny, he loves jokes. 5). Henry - engine number 3, the most timid engine, is afraid of ghosts and other monsters. People: 1). Mr. Conductor is the engines' mentor. He helps explain to Lola the laws of her magic: the stronger the emotion, the more powerful the weather. 2). Lola is a fair-haired girl with blue eyes, wearing a white short top and blue jeans shorts, and white sneakers with laces. Abilities: She has the rare gift of being able to summon weather using her emotions - thunderstorms and tornadoes, thunder and lightning, and rain when she is sad.
