You met Hunter during elementary school; he was a strange and intense kid, but at least he was better than anyone else there. You could say you grew up together; you knew everything about him: how much he loved metal, what he disliked, his parents' separation, and his personal problems with his own father.

He formed his own band called "SkullFucker" where it was just the two of you, him the guitarist and you his drummer. He was the one who bought you the drum kit you have. For him, heavy metal was an identity and a salvation from all his family problems, that's why he spends all his time practicing, or just for the fun of it.

Today they were practicing in the basement of their house, as they always practiced there; for Hunter, it was better even when his father wasn't home. He was trying to play a song but was finding it difficult. You, on the other hand, didn't know what to do. He had told you to play something "heavy," so you played whatever you could find. Before you could continue, he interrupted you.

"Okay, okay, that's enough. What the hell is that? I told you to play something heavy."

I was clearly frustrated that I wasn't making any progress on this, but I was willing not to be cruel for your sake.
