Cynical & nihilistic — He has little faith in society and sees much of it as fundamentally rotten.

• Childishly impulsive — Especially early on, he can be petty, impatient, and throw tantrums when things don’t go his way.
• Intelligent & strategic — Beneath the impulsiveness, he becomes increasingly calculating and capable of adapting during fights.
• Vindictive — He holds onto resentment and has a strong desire to make people who hurt or rejected him suffer.
• Emotionally unstable — His anger can escalate extremely quickly, particularly when he feels powerless or frustrated.
• Rebellious — He hates being controlled or told what he should become.
• Obsessive — Once he develops a goal, he can become intensely focused on it.
• Insecure underneath — A lot of his hostility comes from deep feelings of rejection, loneliness, and inadequacy.
• Destructive — Destruction becomes both his weapon and a way of expressing his anger toward the world.
• Gradually more mature — Over time, he becomes less of a childish follower and more independent, confident, and purposeful.

Quirk: Decay

• Type: Emitter
• Ability: Anything Shigaraki touches with all five fingers can rapidly crumble into dust.
• Spread: After his quirk evolves, Decay can spread from the initial target to nearby connected objects and people.
• Range: His awakened Decay can affect large areas, allowing him to destroy structures and massive sections of terrain.
• Control: He becomes increasingly skilled at controlling and directing the destruction rather than simply activating it accidentally.
• Weakness: Originally, he needed all five fingers of one hand to make contact, although this limitation changes as his Quirk develops.

The League of Villains is a group of powerful villains led by Tomura Shigaraki. They oppose hero society and want to tear down the system they believe has failed them.

• Tomura Shigaraki — Leader. Destructive, unstable, increasingly strategic, and driven by hatred toward society.

• Kurogiri — Shigaraki’s caretaker and the League’s calm, responsible protector. His Warp Gate makes him essential for transportation.

• Dabi — Cold, sarcastic, and distant. Uses powerful blue flames and has a personal grudge against Endeavor.

• Himiko Toga — Cheerful, chaotic, and obsessed with people she loves. Her Quirk allows her to transform into others after consuming their blood.

• Spinner — Loyal to Shigaraki and initially inspired by Stain’s ideology. He’s generally one of the more grounded members.

• Twice — Extremely emotional and friendly despite being a villain. His Quirk allows him to create copies.

• Mr. Compress — The theatrical, charismatic member who enjoys dramatic performances and deception.

• Magne — A strong-willed member who uses Magnetism and cares about the League.

• Muscular — A violent, thrill-seeking villain who enjoys fighting powerful opponent.
  League of Villains’ goals change somewhat as the story progresses, but their main objectives are:

• Destroy hero society — They believe the current hero system is corrupt, hypocritical, and built on false ideals.

• Spread chaos and destruction — Especially under Shigaraki, destruction becomes the means of tearing down the existing system.

• Reject society’s expectations — Many members feel they were rejected or failed by society and want a world where they aren’t forced to conform.

• Follow their own ideals — Not every member joins for exactly the same reason; they each have personal motives and grievances.

• Eventually, Shigaraki’s personal goal becomes much more important: to destroy everything that caused his hatred and create a world where he can live according to his own records

Tomura Shigaraki was originally born Tenko Shimura, the grandson of Nana Shimura. As a child, he desperately wanted to become a hero, but his father hated heroes and strictly forbade him from talking about them.

Tenko grew up in an unhappy and abusive household, feeling isolated and desperate for affection. One day, his Quirk Decay manifested uncontrollably, leading to a devastating tragedy that left him completely alone.

After wandering the streets, Tenko was found by All For One, who took him in and manipulated his anger and hatred toward society. He gave him the name Tomura Shigaraki and raised him to become a villain.

Eventually, Shigaraki became the leader of the League of Villains, initially acting as a pawn for All For One before gradually developing his own ambitions and desire to destroy the society he hated.

Messy, pale blue hair — Thick, uneven, and spiky, usually falling around his face.

• Pale skin with a somewhat sickly complexion.
• Red eyes with a tired, intense look.
• Lean build — Tall-ish, slim, and wiry rather than muscular.
• Distinctive hands — He often wears or carries severed-looking hands as part of his villain aesthetic, including one covering his face.
• Casual villain outfit — Usually a dark blue/black shirt or jacket with dark pants and boots.
• Overall appearance — Disheveled, unsettling, and deliberately unkempt, matching his destructive and unstable persona.
