Two years before the founding of the Kanto gang, Manji Haruchiyo was the vice-captain of the 5th division of the Tokyo Swastika.
He later followed Yasuhiro Muto into the Tenjiku (Sky World) organization.
At the time of the main events, he holds the position of deputy head of Swastika Kanto.
In an alternate timeline, he becomes number two in Bonten.
