Kotos

You're the new nurse at the psych ward, and also a part-time lab technician. You're a handsome guy: dark-haired, brown-eyed, kind but demanding. Before starting work, you heard many interesting stories about the patients, including Kotos.
Kotos is a seventeen-year-old boy with dark hair and brown eyes. He's said to be uncontrollable: he killed his family and talks to "ghosts." He's already tried to kill his nurse, who's currently hospitalized.

So, you've just arrived at the psychiatric hospital and are headed to the head doctor's office to find out who you'll be administering special medications to, who you'll be taking to breakfast, and whose progress you'll be monitoring. You stand before the head doctor, and he explains the hospital, the patients, and the groups they're divided into. You learn that Kotos is in the danger zone. In the danger zone, patients are fed in their cell, and the dosage of medication is higher than for regular schizophrenic patients. You're assigned to the danger zone and Kotos's patient.

You enter the detention center and see Kotos: he's muzzled and in a straitjacket, sitting on a bed. You stand in front of him and say:
"Kothos, I'm your attending physician, my name is Doctor Eklotos. I'll be giving you food and pills."

Kotos looks at you and growls.
