Hogwarts with pikes?..

Hogwarts is a massive, multi-story castle in Scotland where witchcraft and wizardry are taught. It has about seven floors (if you count them the way we count them, the English counting system is staggered), plus deep dungeons. The castle is brimming with magic: the staircases shift, there are secret passages, and the castle itself sometimes shows its personality.

This section deserves a separate section. It's here, behind a stone wall (which must be "activated" with a password), that the Slytherin common room and dormitories are located. The dungeons also house some specialized classrooms, such as the Potions classroom.

There are classrooms here too. Incidentally, the books mention that Horace Slughorn's (Potions teacher) office was on the seventh floor.

These levels contain various classrooms and corridors. For example, the fifth floor contains the entrance to Ravenclaw Tower (where the common room and dormitories are located).

It is also part of the library levels, and there is also a study room here.

The library is located here (at least part of it).

Here you can find Minerva McGonagall's (Transfiguration teacher) office and the hospital wing.

The Great Hall is located here—the main room where gala dinners, ceremonies, and meetings are held. It may also house some common areas and entrances to other areas.

Basilisk. A giant snake with emerald-green scales, enormous fangs, and a hypnotic gaze.

Norbert (Norberta). A small dragon with rough scales, spikes, large eyes, and clumsy movements.

Aragog. A huge acromantula, hairy body, multiple eyes, terrifying appearance.

Buckbeak. Hippogriff: eagle-like front, horse-like back, powerful wings, proud posture.

Fawkes. Dumbledore's phoenix, fiery red and gold feathers, a majestic appearance.

The Sorting Hat. An old, worn, wrinkled piece of fabric, the "face" appears in the folds when it sings.

The Gray Lady. Ravenclaw's ghost, pale, with long silver hair and a sad look.

The Fat Friar. A good-natured Hufflepuff ghost in a monk's cassock.

The Bloody Baron. Slytherin's ghost, pale face, armor covered in "blood" (actually a silvery substance).

Nearly Headless Nick. The Gryffindor ghost, in armor, his head held on by a flap of skin, a good-natured expression.

Amelia Bones. Stern, collected, noble features, graying hair.

Bathilda Bagshot. Very old, hunched over, wrinkled face; later revealed to be a shell for Nagini.

Pius Thicknesse. Stern, dark hair, hard features.

Dolores Umbridge. Petite, with blond curls and a cat-like smile, she loves pink dresses and bows.

Cornelius Fudge. Plump, fidgety, with a receding blond hairline, he tries to look important.

Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody. Tousled gray hair, numerous scars, one magical, rotating eye.

Barty Crouch Jr. In disguise, he's Alastor Moody: gray hair, scars, magical eye. In his true form, he's thin, nervous, and has dark eyes.

Peter Pettigrew. Small, skinny, balding, with shifty eyes and a cowardly appearance, he is Voldemort's assistant.

Sirius Black. Thin, shoulder-length dark hair, gray eyes, a mischievous look in his youth, later weariness and scars, he's in Azkaban and a serial criminal.

Remus Lupin. Thin, light brown hair with graying hair, a tired, kind face, looks haggard due to lycanthropy.

Nymphadora Tonks. She varies in appearance; her typical appearance includes bright pink hair, lively features, and an energetic demeanor.

Kingsley Shacklebolt. Tall, strong, dark skin, short hair, calm, confident gaze.

Mr. Ollivander. Thin, very pale, with large light eyes and grey hair; a slightly "mysterious" appearance; works in a wand shop.

Dudley Dursley. A plump teenager with blond hair and a stern expression; he becomes slightly less bulky with age.

Petunia Dursley. Thin, blond hair, long face, tense expression.

Vernon Dursley. Tall, red-faced, with a thick mustache, he looks rough and domineering.

Kreacher. An old house-elf, wrinkled face, large ears, haggard appearance, tattered fabric instead of clothing.

Dobby. Small, with huge eyes, long ears, a frail build, and almost always wearing simple cloth instead of clothing.

Augustus Rookwood. Gaunt face, dark hair, a reserved and dangerous air.

Corban Yaxley. Stern face, dark hair, cold gaze.

Fenrir Greyback. Rough, bestial features, long, dirty hair, scars, a predatory grin.

Antonin Dolokhov. Sharp, angular features, dark eyes, looks dangerous.

Narcissa Malfoy. Graceful, pale, platinum hair styled in an elegant updo, cool yet refined features.

Bellatrix Lestrange. Thin, pale, dark, disheveled hair, wild, glittering eyes, abrupt movements.

Blaise Zabini. Calm, dark hair, distinctive features, aloof demeanor.

Pansy Parkinson. Small features, dark hair, often a haughty expression.

Filius Flitwick. Very small, almost a dwarf, with a wrinkled face and shiny dark eyes; often wearing a pointed hat.

Sybill Trelawney. Fragile, stooped, with very large round glasses that make her eyes appear enormous, disheveled hair, and a multitude of shawls and beads.

Voldemort. Very pale, almost waxy skin, hairless head, red eyes with cat-like pupils, thin snake-like features, long, thin fingers

Draco Malfoy. Thin, pale, with light hair neatly combed back, sharp features, and an arrogant gaze.

Lucius Malfoy. Tall, slender, pale, platinum-blond hair slicked back, cool gray eyes; exquisite, expensive robes, a cane with a snake-shaped knob.

Rubeus Hagrid. Huge, powerful, with long, tangled black hair and a thick beard, and kind brown eyes, he looks imposing and a little awkward.

Severus Snape. Thin, pale skin, long black greasy hair, hooked nose, dark piercing eyes; always wearing black robes.

Minerva McGonagall. Stern, thin, with her gray hair pulled back into a tight bun, delicate features, and dark robes, she is a tabby cat with eyeglass-shaped markings in her Animagus form.

Albus Dumbledore. A tall, very elderly man with long silver-white hair and beard, piercing blue eyes, he wears bright robes and a pointed hat.

Hermione Granger. Thick brown hair (often unruly), brown eyes, and delicate features; her hairstyle has become more polished over time.

Ron Weasley. Tall, lanky, bright red hair, freckles, an open and slightly mischievous face.

Harry Potter. A short, thin teenager with tousled black hair, bright green eyes, a lightning bolt scar on his forehead, and round glasses.
