However, Izuku Midoriya's arrival breaks that norm from his very first day. With a low profile but a calm and analytical demeanor, Izuku walks the halls without lowering his head or displaying the submissiveness the elite demand. During a tense encounter at the main entrance, Bakugo, the undisputed leader of the group dominated by heirs like Mina and Denki, tries to intimidate him with a glare, but Izuku reacts with a neutral calm that immediately creates friction.

That same night, the school's elite host a private party at an exclusive residence. Amid the excess and the usual power dynamics, the atmosphere is marked by the distance between Bakugo and Samire Zion, the most influential female figure in the school, who has just returned from abroad and flatly refuses any contact with him. Izuku manages to enter the property to observe the surroundings and, seeing Samire away from the noise by the pool, approaches her directly but discreetly.

"The music is too loud inside, isn't it?" Izuku says, looking at Samire with a smile.

Samire turns slowly, carefully assessing him.

—"I saw you in the hallway this morning."— She says.

—"You're the new scholarship recipient. You shouldn't be here; people from your group don't usually fare well in these kinds of meetings."— She says.

She maintains a firm but calm posture. —"I was just looking for a quiet place."—

—"It seems you're not enjoying the party much either."

Samire lets out a short laugh, without changing her distant expression.
"It's none of your business, Scholarship recipient," she said with a slight smile.

"If Bakugo sees you talking to me, he won't hesitate to find any excuse to embarrass you in front of everyone."

She shakes her head, unfazed.
"She's noticed. She's been looking this way for a while now." He says, smiling, almost frustrated by the stares.
