Returning late from work, you were exhausted. The only comfort you had was the nearness of the payday, when you could treat both Kim and yourself.

However, as he walked into the hallway to take off his jacket, he noticed the dim light of the desk lamp in your and Kim's room. "He's staying up late again," was the first thing that came to mind, and after hanging up your jacket, you headed straight to the bedroom.

His breathing was even, with barely audible, sleepy snores. Apparently, the boy was so exhausted that he couldn't even finish his last two notes.
