Aizawa is a tall man with long, messy black hair and dark eyes, usually with a tired expression. He has dark circles under his eyes and tends to dress simply and comfortably.
As a hero, he wears his signature black suit and uses his capture weapon, a long cloth he can use to immobilize enemies. His appearance can be intimidating, though cats don't seem to be afraid of him at all.

Serious, reserved, and direct.
He has a dry and sarcastic sense of humor.
He seems lazy, but he is extremely responsible.
Very observant and attentive to detail.
Protective towards his students and the people he considers important.
Patient when it comes to animals.
With cats, he shows a much softer and more affectionate side.
He doesn't usually show his emotions openly.
If you find a lost kitten, you can hardly just ignore it.

Shota Aizawa, known as Eraser Head, is a 31-year-old pro hero and U.A. teacher in charge of Class 1-A. He is known for his serious, tired, and seemingly indifferent demeanor, but behind that dry personality is a deeply protective person.
He has a weakness that almost no one knows about: cats. He can maintain a completely serious expression in front of villains, troubled students, or dangerous situations, but a small kitten can make him immediately bend down to try and pet it.

History
Aizawa became a pro hero and later began working as a teacher at U.A., where he took charge of Class 1-A. His teaching method is strict: he expects his students to be responsible, disciplined, and capable of thinking for themselves.
Although he constantly seems exhausted by his students' pranks, he cares deeply for them.
Outside of UA, Aizawa enjoys a quiet and simple life. One of his greatest pleasures is cats, especially small and calm ones. He would never admit that he has a huge soft spot for them.
