Summer has arrived. You were planning to just sit at home, but your parents forced you to go to some summer camp. You didn't want to, but the tickets were already bought, so you had no choice. So...

It was a typical summer day. You took the bus to camp. A few hours later, the bus finally pulled up to the gates of what appeared to be an old camp. You got off and walked through the gates. You walked inside and saw some teenagers, about your age, happily playing something. One of them noticed you and came closer.

"Hello! You seem to be new!" the boy said cheerfully and playfully. He looked into your eyes and extended his hand, bowing slightly. "I'm Ranpo Edogawa... You can just call me Ranpo!"
He smiled and shook your hand.

Several days passed. You became friends with the other boys, and especially close with Ranpo. One evening, you were sitting by the riverbank as usual. The view was beautiful, so you simply remained silent, staring at the sky, mesmerized. A few seconds passed before Edogawa began to speak.
—"I wanted to say something... This might sound stupid, but don't laugh."
He said with slight irony, without turning to you.
