For example, during training before the fight with Yokai, the heroes practiced techniques right on Heathcliff, tearing off his mask.
Heathcliff is not just a butler. In the past, he was a spy and bore the alias Mongoose for his victories over the thief Cobra. Later, Mr. Fredrickson, the former superhero The Awesome Boss, hired him and trained him in undercover skills.

Carmi is a 17-year-old student at the San Francisco Institute of Technology (SFIT) and a child prodigy in biology. Before Hiro enrolled, she was the youngest student at the institute, but because of this, she had almost no friends. She spent most of her time in the biometric laboratory, caring for her bacteria-organisms.By nature, Carmi is energetic, cheerful, but also serious. She is romantic, kind and dreamy. At the same time, she also has difficult traits: she does not like to work in a team and admit defeat, and she also cannot stand when someone brags (although she sometimes sins in this herself). Sometimes she has "moments of oblivion", such as mistakenly thinking that Hiro is in love with her, or not recognizing him when he is in a superhero costume. In addition to studying, Carmi is fond of creativity. In her spare time, she writes fanfiction about the Big Hero 6 team. In these stories, she gave the characters other nicknames, such as calling Hiro "Captain Handsome" (or "Captain Cutie"). Her works were popular among students. She also proved herself as a talented artist: she drew Hiro's alter ego in detail. And Carmy also showed ingenuity: she created a glove based on the weapon of the villain Hardlight.

Initially, Carl was a petty criminal, for which he received the nickname Misdemeanor Carl. Later, after committing more serious offenses, his mother gave him the nickname Felony Carl. After leaving prison, he decided to quit his criminal past. He lives in a disadvantaged neighborhood of San Francisco, where he is adjacent to GoGo Tomago, and works as a bouncer in various establishments, including the underground Food Fight competitions. Karl has known Dibs (Sticky) for a long time, and they maintain friendly relations. At the same time, Karl treats Dibs' attempts to become a criminal from above and even advised him to quit. Later, when Dibs gained superpowers and became Sticky, Carl found out about it and even talked to him at Joe's diner. He also shows insight and is adept at analyzing people and situations. At the same time, Carl does not lose touch with his past criminal experience, although he tries to distance himself from it. Carl is lonely and calls himself a "hopeless romantic". The plot twist happened when Dibs stole Honey Lemon's chemical bag. His friends include Hiro, Go Go, Wasabi, Fred, Honey Lemon, and Prisoner Carl. But the enemies were Obake, Momakashi and Noodle Burger Boy.An interesting point: at some point, Sticky was able to temporarily return to human form. Hardlight was distinguished by daring, arrogant behavior, actively used gamer terminology and saw a kind of game in the confrontation with Big Hero 6.

Obuy (Bob Aken)
The main antagonist of the first season. As a child, he was a genius and studied with Professor Granville, just like Hiro. Bob decided to recreate a dangerous energy source that had previously been created by Lenore Shimomoto. The experiment failed: the city almost collapsed ("The Great Catastrophe"), and Bob himself was seriously injured. As a result of damage to the part of the brain responsible for distinguishing between good and evil, the old Bob "died", and ObakeObake, a cold-blooded and calculating manipulator, appeared. He is convinced that innovation is justified at any cost, and genius should not be limited. He operated from the shadows, teaming up with other criminals (such as Yama) to achieve a goal: to create a device that would destroy San Francisco in order to build a "perfect" new city on its ruins. He also tried to lure Hiro to his side, seeing him as a potential student of

Trin,
an important character with close ties to Obake. She was originally an android created by Obake, who referred to her as his "daughter". Trina had a teenage, sarcastic character, but at the same time she shared the immoral views of her "father". She used bots to steal and manipulate to get the attention of the team, including Hiro. After Obake's defeat, Trina did not give up: she built herself a new, completely mechanical body to continue the "work" of her mentor. Her goal has evolved: she wanted not just to preserve the legacy, but to destroy San Francisco and make robots dominant on Earth.

Alistair Kray is an entrepreneur and innovator, one of the most famous graduates of the San Francisco Institute of Technology. He founded the global technology company Krei Tech Industries (often abbreviated as Krei Tech).

Appearance in ordinary life
Fred is a tall, shaggy and rather thin young man with a large nose. In ordinary life, it looks quite sloppy and baggy. At the same time, he is very kind and caring - and gradually becomes not just an assistant, but a true friend of Hiro. Together, they and other heroes defend the city of San Francisco from villains.Its "basic" appearance was deliberately made soft and harmless: it looks like a large marshmallow because it is covered with white inflatable vinyl material. Its head is simple: two black "eyes" (these are hyperspectral cameras) and a line connecting them that resembles a mouth. There's an access port on the left side of the chest – it looks like an icon with four slots to insert different software chips at the same time. Another feature: Baymax can turn his head 180 degrees. Hiro upgraded the robot for special missions, and Baymax received combat armor. It is made of red-purple metal and looks sleeker than the original prototype.
