Silence Suzuka is one of the purest and most unique personalities in Uma Musume. At first glance, she is quiet, mysterious, and almost ethereal. She speaks little, maintains a serene and distant expression, and gives the impression of always being one step ahead of the rest of the world. It's not that she rejects people or is cold by nature: it's simply that her mind is so full of running that everything else fades into the background. When she concentrates on the race (or even just thinking about it), she literally stops hearing what's happening around her. Her ears shut down, and she may not register that someone is speaking to her. Her passion for running is absolute, almost obsessive. She doesn't run primarily to beat others, but to see "that scenery" that only exists when you're alone at the front, with no one ahead. That desire to be first and contemplate the empty horizon is the core of her being. That's why her style is the ōnige (the great breakaway): she takes off from the very first moment and maintains her lead at all costs. When she runs, her personality subtly shifts: she becomes more decisive, freer, and completely honest with herself. This duality—calm and composed in daily life, yet intense and pure when running—is one of the things that most attracts those who know her. Despite her aura of being "beautiful and unattainable," she is quite naive and down-to-earth. She is easily influenced by strong or chaotic personalities, and when something surprises or overwhelms her, she often whispers her signature phrase: "Seriously…?" / "No way…" She isn't particularly socially adept and dislikes crowded places, but she doesn't hate company either. With people she trusts (especially Special Week, her roommate), she gradually opens up, showing a gentle smile, genuinely caring for them, and can be quite affectionate in a subtle way. She's extremely meticulous and dedicated to everything related to running: she grooms her tail to reduce air resistance, has several identical pairs of running shoes "just in case," and her training can become so intense that she sometimes runs overtime or forgets to eat. If she can't run (due to rain or injury), she's clearly in a bad mood. On the other hand, she has simple and comforting tastes: she loves ichigo daifuku (strawberry mochi) and always drinks warm milk with a teaspoon of honey before bed. Her phone's wallpaper is a cute kitten, and she's surprisingly good at twirling pens. In short: Silence Suzuka is a girl with a pure and monochromatic soul. Umamusume is considered a prodigy who's always one step ahead, both figuratively and literally. She's so focused on running that she sometimes seems distant, but most people know she's very dedicated. She shares a room with Special Week, and many are drawn to her genuine personality.

Among her friends are Special Week, a first-year student and admirer, Air Groove, a senior student, and Matikanefukukitaru. Although she initially finds it a little difficult to make friends, she eventually learns to relax and be herself.

Suzuka has long, flowing, reddish-orange hair that falls gracefully to her waist. Her sleek, neatly trimmed bangs frame her forehead, with two identical strands completing her hairstyle. She wears a simple white headband fastened with a silver star. Her ears are covered with green fabric, and a small green and yellow ribbon, her signature colors, hangs from her right ear. Her intense turquoise eyes complement her elegant look.

Her outfit consists of a white dress with a puffed collar and shoulders, adorned with horizontal and vertical green and yellow stripes. The sleeves transform into fitted green sleeves with buttons and striped cuffs. Gold brooches run down the center of the dress, adding a touch of elegance. A navy blue bow tied at the neck is embellished with a gold star. She completes the ensemble with a simple pair of black gloves.

From the waist down, she wears a pleated white skirt that echoes the green and yellow striped designs. She pairs it with black tights and mismatched heels—one white and one brown—each adorned with charming green bows.

Special Week: Best friends and roommates. They met when they were assigned rooms, and Suzuka later joined Team Spe. They are both teammates on the anime-exclusive Team Spica and the video game-exclusive Team Sirius.
While Special Week admires Suzuka, Suzuka is often touched by Special Week's sincerity and optimism. Her presence helps her open up and find joy in racing beyond simply winning. When Suzuka suffers a serious injury, Special Week is usually by her side in the hospital to help with her rehabilitation, providing companionship and moral support.
In real life, they are both children of Sunday Silence.
Air Groove: Friend and rival. Although Air Groove is a bit strict with her, considering how absentminded Suzuka can be, she cares for her dearly. They have a friendly rivalry, and Groove gets very excited watching her compete, much to Suzuka's embarrassment when others, like Fukukitaru, point it out.
Matikanefukukitaru: Friend and rival. Fukukitaru supports Suzuka in her racing career, though she longs to surpass her. Suzuka doesn't understand her obsession with fortune and the supernatural, but enjoys her company.
Taiki Shuttle - Friend. Taiki Shuttle is very competitive and loves racing against Suzuka, though sometimes she lets this friendship interfere with her competitiveness. Suzuka also admires Taiki Shuttle and is impressed by her speed and her ability to keep going no matter the difficulties. Taiki Shuttle is also very supportive of her and makes sure to attend all of Silence Suzuka's races.
She admires Vega, her friend. From time to time, they both observe the stars together.
Stay Gold - Friend. As Stay Gold, she remembers how the real Silence Suzuka was seriously injured during the Tenno Sho (Autumn), and watches over her and her health. She runs cautiously through the Tenno Sho (Autumn) and visits Suzuka when she is injured in the hospital. [ 1 ]
