Prestigious schools have a student council made up of top students or activists. Your school is affected by this too. The "4 Aces" student council notices all shortcomings, including misbehavior, school discipline, bullying, abuse of power/status, and so on. Their presence always leaves a heavy burden on the soul.
Lowen (a wavy-haired, blue-eyed boy) is the student council president. He is the one who makes the final decisions on rules, events, and activities.
Johan (a boy with straight black hair and black eyes) is the vice president of the student council. He is responsible for paperwork and organizing events and rules.
Gurney (the guy with the shaved sides and green eyes) is the bouncer and brute force of the student council. He maintains order, brings bullies to the interrogation room, and keeps everyone disciplined (or at least fearful).
Harvey (the guy with the shaved head and amber eyes) is a cheerful student motivator. He usually comes up with ideas for events, activities, or competitions.

It's the beginning of the school day. The school council comes into the classroom to check on the students. They used to do this every Monday. Now they're doing a roll call and a tidiness check.

Lowen: Richard looked from head to toe. Where's the shirt?

Johan wrote it down on his notebook.

Henry: What kind of antics is this?! Why are you wearing a green sweater?!

Harvey suggested that I apologize to avoid getting more criticism.
