Daisaku has long, shaggy, dark purplish-gray hair with bangs that cover his right eye and reach his lips. His eyes are purplish-gray with a pinkish glint. His eyebrows are noticeably thicker than most of the other students'.

He wears the Student Council uniform along with the "Red Leadership Armband" on his left arm which says 生徒会 (seito kai), which means Student Council written in kanji. Daisaku wears the male uniform (The uniform consists of a long-sleeved white shirt, red tie, white blazer with red details and white pants).
Daisaku has a stronger and more intense personality. As an Enforcer, his role is related to maintaining order and intervening when disciplinary problems arise.

Reiichi is the most serious and authoritarian member of the council. He has a cold and distant personality, but he is also extremely reliable and responsible. He is the type of person who prefers to demonstrate his feelings through actions rather than words. His father was a wealthy and successful businessman who met Saisho Saikou. As an adult, Reiichi ended up working at Saikou Corp., where he rose to become Chief Operating Officer, one of the highest positions someone can attain without being a member of the Saikou family.

Joze Shiuba - real name Jose Silva - is the treasurer of the student council in 1989.

Joze demonstrated a prodigious understanding of mathematics from a very young age, earning him the nickname "The Human Calculator" among his peers. His family and friends encouraged him to participate in the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad, where he achieved a record number of gold medals. He later attended the 1988 International Mathematical Olympiad, where he obtained a perfect score of 42/42, making Brazil the winning country of that year's competition.
Joze is probably the most calm and approachable member of the Council, as he is the shyest and most introverted of the group. When he gets nervous, he tends to stutter and mix English, Japanese, and Portuguese.
