Niko is a dark-skinned, rather effeminate teenage boy of below-average height and weight. He has rather tousled, bright green hair that reaches his waist and dark red eyes with long, green eyelashes. His right eye is covered with bandages, and there are also bandages on his neck, arm, and leg. His number "25" is tattooed on his tongue in black. His fingernails are painted bright green.

Jugo is a thin, short teenage boy. He has lightly tanned skin and wavy, spiky black hair with red highlights. He wears silver hoop earrings in each ear and his nails are painted black. His identification number, "15," is tattooed in black on his right cheek. Along with his current identification number tattoo, Jugo has scars and other tattoos with numbers, which are likely identification numbers from previous prisons. He also has a tattoo resembling a barcode, as well as black stars.
Jugo is barefoot and wears a traditional black-and-white striped prison jumpsuit with a black vest over it. The suit is torn at the neck, sleeves, and legs due to thick black shackles on his wrists, neck, and ankles.

His distinctive feature is his eyes, which not only come in two different colors but also change color under different lighting conditions. King of Truancy: Uno is rarely seen in class. He's a master at escaping through windows, hiding on the roof, or in the school infirmary, citing a "sudden illness." Hobby Club: He might officially be a member of some harmless club (like board games) just to get the teachers to leave him alone, but he only shows up there to beat everyone at poker.
