Character and development
Initially, Pixal was rather emotionless: her only motivation was her duty to the Borg. But after her encounter with the ninja, and especially with Zane, her human qualities began to awaken. Zane helped her recognize and embrace her hidden humanity: she learned to experience deep friendship, love, a sense of civic duty, and also to cope with loss and heartache. Although Pixal is a skilled fighter, she prefers to resolve conflicts peacefully.
Pixal has a white face covered in purple circuit boards, wide white lips, and glowing green eyes—all of which emphasize her mechanical nature. Her friends call her simply Pix. Essentially, she is a female Nindroid—an android created by inventor Cyrus Borg to serve as his assistant. Pixal is a skilled mechanic and inventor.
One of the most striking plot lines is her connection with Zayn. Their friendship gradually developed into a deep romantic attachment. Among fans, this pairing is often referred to as "Pixane."

Master of Destruction. Garmadon wields the element of Destruction and is a master of Spinjitzu. At various points in the story, he has become incredibly powerful, for example, able to wield all four Golden Weapons simultaneously.
Numerous transformations and titles. Due to the influence of dark forces and various events, his appearance and status changed. He was banished to the Netherrealm, gained extra arms, became the vessel for the Overlord, and later, the Emperor of Ninjago.
Path of Redemption: Bite of the Great Devourer. As a child, Garmadon was bitten by the Great Devourer (a giant serpent), and the venom infected him with evil. Because of this, Garmadon constantly struggled with the dark side of his nature.
Family and Legacy. He is the eldest son of the First Spinjitzu Master, the brother of Sensei Wu, and the father of Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja. Garmadon's ancestors were driven by forces that pulled him toward goodness, culminating in the battle where Lloyd defeated the Overlord. As a result, Garmadon was cleansed of the Great Devourer's venom and freed from evil.
A New Path. After his purification, Garmadon renounced his title as lord and sought to atone for his guilt. He even became a ninja mentor, though his training methods were harsher than those of his brother, Wu. After his resurrection (in the "Sons of Garmadon" season), his armor appeared cracked: a gaping hole in the left side of his chest oozed purple slime, emphasizing his undead nature.
In some episodes, he took the form of an old man similar to Master Wu, but with thick gray hair instead of a beard.
He also had the ability to transform into a giant black dragon.

Misako Garmadon (née Montgomery) (Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu).

Who is she?
An archaeologist and historian, Misako works at the Ninjago Museum of History and is deeply versed in legends, ancient texts, and the history of the world of Ninjago. Her knowledge has proven helpful to the ninja on numerous occasions.
Garmadon's wife and Lloyd's mother. Her family history is closely tied to the series' main conflicts. She loves both Garmadon and her son, and often tries to save them both, even if it means making difficult decisions.
Master of Spinjitzu. Misako is one of the few characters without an elemental power who can use Spinjitzu. A complex love story. In her youth, Misako was close to the Wu brothers and Garmadon. Due to manipulation and the influence of the Great Devourer's venom, she ended up marrying Garmadon.
A sacrifice for the prophecy. Misako left little Lloyd at a school for troubled children to study the prophecy of the Green Ninja and try to prevent the devastating final battle.
Captivity and trials. At some point, she is captured by the Sons of Garmadon, and her rescue becomes a crucial mission for the heroes. She is 60 years old. She is the same age as Garmadon and Wu. Since Misako knew the brothers in their youth, and by the start of the series, Wu is already an elderly mentor, Misako's age logically fits into the same timeline. Wu assembled the ninja team (Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, and later Nya and Lloyd) and taught them Spinjitzu. His teaching methods often seem odd: he doesn't always give direct answers, preferring to let his students find solutions themselves, make mistakes, and learn from them. He believes that strength lies not only in the ability to fight, but also in the ability to make the right decisions. The son of the First Spinjitzu Master, Wu was born into the family of the creator of the legendary martial art of Spinjitzu. This explains his deep knowledge and immense strength.
Garmadon's brother. Wu has a complicated relationship with his brother. As a child, Garmadon was bitten by the Great Devourer, and the poison gradually transformed him into a villain. Wu has spent his entire life trying to save his brother or at least contain his destructive power. This family drama is one of the main plots of the series.
Lloyd's uncle. Lloyd is the Green Ninja, a key figure in the prophecy of Ninjago's salvation. For Wu, he's not only a chosen warrior but also a loved one, someone he cares about.

A master of Spinjitzu, he is capable of using this powerful technique, which combines elemental power with warrior prowess.
Staff. His main weapon is a staff, which not only aids in combat but also serves as a tool for activating various mechanisms and even magic.
Knowledge of Relics. Wu preserves and protects ancient artifacts, knowing their power and the dangers they may pose. Wisdom and mystery. Wu often speaks in riddles and metaphors. He knows much about fate, time, and the balance between good and evil, but is reluctant to share this knowledge, believing that some things must be understood independently.
A love of tea. It's his signature trait. Wu brews tea constantly, and sometimes this drink turns out to be more than just what it seems: the series features "traveler's tea," which allows one to travel between worlds, and other special varieties.
Self-sacrifice. Wu has repeatedly risked himself for others. For example, in the Time Blades story arc, he sacrificed himself to stop villains, resulting in his being lost in time, later returning as a child. Conflict with Morro. Wu once took Morro, the Master of Wind, as his apprentice, believing he could guide him to the path of good. But Morro succumbed to pride and became an antagonist, a blow and a lesson for Wu.
The fight against the Overlord. Wu played a vital role in the confrontation with this powerful evil that sought to devour Ninjago.
Blades of Time. In one season, Wu encountered the Time Twins, Acronix and Krux. Due to the effects of their blades, he began to rapidly age, and eventually disappeared into time altogether. Wu is usually depicted as an elderly man with a long white beard, wearing a black and white robe (the colors symbolize the balance of yin and yang). His appearance emphasizes wisdom and calm, although in combat he remains a swift and dangerous opponent. He wears a douli and has white hair, sparsely styled, and a small ponytail.

In most seasons, Nia has long black hair pulled back into a ponytail. The ponytail is often tied with a ribbon—the color varies (gray, bright blue, pale pink).
Until Season 8, she had a short bob haircut and wore bright red lipstick.
After merging with the Endless Ocean, her hair became longer and looked more disheveled. She had small dimples on her cheeks.
There's a mole on her right cheek—Jay even called it "a mark of eternal beauty." Ninja kimono: The color scheme changed over the seasons—there were burgundy shades with light blue accents, gray, and later, gray, azure, and blue predominated.

Hair. Medium-length, shaggy, black. Before Season 8, his hair was shorter and combed to the side (different sources indicate left or right—the angle changed in different episodes).
Eyebrows. Thick, bushy. Interestingly, after the LEGO Ninjago movie, the shape of his eyebrows changed slightly: if they previously resembled his father's, then later they became more like his mother's.
Eyes. In one scene (in the anime-style episode "The Absolute Worst"), Cole is shown to have dark brown eyes. Build. Muscular. This is no coincidence: before becoming a ninja, Cole was a rock climber, and his physical strength has saved the team on more than one occasion.

He curbed Kai's impulsiveness. It was often Zane who cooled Kai's ardor, suggesting a plan rather than an immediate attack. For example, when Kai wanted to break into the Serpentine lair, Zane suggested gathering information first.
He supported Lloyd. When the ninja treat little Lloyd with suspicion, Zane sees the situation differently: he's slow to label him a villain and tries to understand his motives. For Zane, it's not the "son of Garmadon" label that matters, but his actions and intentions.
He showed concern in his own way. For example, he might discreetly check that everyone had their gear or prepare an escape route in advance. These aren't grand gestures, but it's the little things like these that keep the team together. His suit. White and silver with icy patterns and blue accents—it looks as if it's covered in frost. The design emphasizes his element and his "cold" nature.
Face and details. Zane has smooth skin, sharp features, and glowing blue eyes—optical sensors. His nature isn't yet revealed in the first season, but those eyes reveal he's not quite ordinary.
Hairstyle. Her hair is styled in a neat, silvery-white buzz cut—the look is austere, almost futuristic.
Weapons. He uses ice shurikens—they're not just throwing stars, but part of his power: they can freeze enemies and create icy surfaces. Training and Discipline. Cole takes his training seriously and strives to do everything correctly. He doesn't take the easy way out and is willing to work himself to the point of exhaustion to become better.
Team support. In conflicts, he often acts as a peacemaker: he prevents arguments from escalating and tries to bring everyone back to the common goal.
Willingness to self-sacrifice. If the situation calls for it, he will put himself at risk without hesitation to protect his friends.

Cool and logical. When Kai gets angry and Jay panics, Zane stays calm and says, "Let's think logically." He often acts as the voice of reason and helps the team avoid acting on emotions.
Politeness and tact. Zane always speaks respectfully, even in combat. He's neither rude nor sarcastic, but articulates his thoughts clearly and to the point. This makes him an excellent negotiator and someone who can smooth over conflict between hotheads like Kai and Jay.
Hidden Emotionality. Despite his icy image, Zane genuinely cares for his friends. He just doesn't express this through shouts and hugs, but through actions: covering for them in battle, calculating risks, and trying to protect the team from mistakes.
Curiosity. He's constantly analyzing things: the behavior of enemies, the design of traps, the reactions of his comrades. For him, the world is a system that needs to be understood.
A sense of "alienation." In the first season, Zane doesn't yet know the full truth about himself, but at times he feels different from the others. This manifests itself in the way he observes the other ninja, as if trying to figure out how to be "normal" and fit into the team. He's 18 years old, and in the first season, Zane doesn't yet know that he's a nindroid (a robot). This secret won't be revealed later, but there are hints in the early episodes: his perfect precision, his ability to stay tireless for a long time, his "inhuman" endurance. And it's precisely because of this that his calm comes across not as indifference, but as a conscious control: as if he's constantly monitoring himself to be like the others. His fears: The loss of humanity. This is his main, deepest fear—the fear of finally becoming "just a machine" and losing his emotions, his ability to feel, and his connection to the team. He experiences this especially acutely when faced with reminders of his robotic nature.
Fear of Living Food. In the episode "All of Nothing," Zane is shown to be afraid of food that acts like a living creature—a comical, but very real fear for him.
Fear of the Titan Dragon from Nightmares

Clothing: At the beginning of the season, he wears a suit meant to make him look like a "little lord"—dark tones, elements reminiscent of Garmadon's style. Later, when he joins the ninja, his outfit becomes simpler and more comfortable, and the green color appears as his power unfolds.
Details: He has blond hair and an open, lively face—it's easy to see both mischief and vulnerability in it. His first encounter with the ninja. He tries to appear menacing, but looks more like a child playing villain. The ninja don't take him seriously as a threat, but they don't dismiss him either—they see him as a confused boy.
The Great Devourer awakens. This is the moment of truth: Lloyd realizes that his "heroic deed" has become a true disaster. His fear and confusion are very human, and it is then that the ninja begin to view him not as an enemy, but as someone in need of help.
His first training sessions on the Destiny's Bounty. Here we see Lloyd learning not only Spinjitzu but also responsibility. He can still get angry or offended, but he's already trying to do things the right way, like a ninja of wind.

The desire to be "like dad." At the very beginning, Lloyd genuinely wants to be a villain because his father is Lord Garmadon. For a little boy, it sounds cool: he gathers a gang (the "Merry Fellows"), gets up to mischief, and dreams of helping his father conquer Ninjago. This isn't so much true cruelty as imitation and an attempt to earn his father's attention.
Impulsiveness and passion. Lloyd acts quickly and doesn't always consider the consequences. It is because of his actions that the Great Devourer awakens—he wanted to do "something big," but instead caused a catastrophe. This trait will remain with him, but over time he will learn to control it.
Vulnerability and loneliness. Behind the bravado hides a child who lacks a family. He reaches out to his father, but his father sees him more as a tool than a son. So Lloyd easily joins any group that will accept him—first the Serpentine, then the ninja.
The ability to change. When it becomes clear that his actions are hurting everyone, Lloyd doesn't hide behind excuses. He experiences shame and fear, and then makes a choice: to help those he previously considered enemies. This demonstrates his conscience and inner integrity. Impulsiveness and irascibility: Kai acts first and thinks later. If something threatens his loved ones or Ninjago, he rushes into battle without waiting for a plan. This often gets him into trouble, but it is precisely this fervor that allows him to act where others hesitate too long.
A strong sense of justice. He doesn't tolerate injustice and is willing to fight for what's right to the bitter end, even when the odds are stacked against him. Kai clearly distinguishes between "us" and "them," and he fiercely defends the former.
Stubbornness. Once Kai has made up his mind, it's almost impossible to change his mind. At the beginning of the series, he was certain he was the one to become the Green Ninja, and it was hard to accept that he wasn't the chosen one. This stubbornness is both his weakness and his strength: it keeps him going when others would give up.
Overprotectiveness

Compact body. The body is rounded, without sharp corners, which emphasizes their non-combat, auxiliary nature.
A simple "face" and elements. Small round "eyes" (sometimes illuminated) and minimalist details hinting at electronics, such as panels, connectors, or antennas, are often visible.
Limbs. They have small arms and legs that allow them to move around and perform small tasks, such as picking up parts and passing tools. Cohesion - they often quarrel, but at crucial moments they always stick together and cover each other's backs;
courage and willingness to take risks - in almost every episode, one of them puts themselves at risk for the sake of others;
different temperaments that complement each other - the team includes both hot-blooded and calm people, inventors and strategists, so they can handle any situation;
growth and maturation - characters change: they learn responsibility, forgiveness, trust, and this is evident from season to season;
sense of humor - even in difficult moments, the ninja do not lose the ability to joke, especially Jay. loyal - they act for Pixal and ultimately for the ninja, they do everything to help;
hardworking - their main task is to build, repair, assemble, they are constantly making something;
Fearless, but not combative - Mini-Pixes can rush into the thick of things, but they are not built for fighting and break easily;
team - they act as a group, harmoniously, as if they understand each other without words;
Simple and straightforward—they don't have complex emotions; they complete tasks without thinking. They make beeping sounds and can fly.

After the victory, the monastery began to be rebuilt. It took quite a while, but it was built well. After the restoration, Pixal, Mini Pix, and Zane rebuilt the base under the monastery.
Mini Pix was the only one left who looked like her after the explosion of the monastery base.
