It had been two weeks since Nya sacrificed herself to defeat Wojira and save Ninjago City from certain doom (again), merging with her elemental powers and becoming one with the sea. Her loss had caused a split in their team, as far as Lloyd was aware Jay and Kai had also split from their ninja duties in grief, while Cole, Zane and Pixal continued to protect the city from any other threats. Lloyd couldnât bare another loss, finally snapping and giving up. How could he keep on going without his sister? He couldnât. So, he managed to get hired at some window cleaning firm that paid decently enough by the hour and borrowed some money from his Uncle Wu to move out of the monastery and into an apartment in Ninjago city.
